Services
Hot Stone Therapy
Hot Stone Therapy uses heated basalt stones to penetrate muscle layers, promoting deep relaxation and improved circulation. This treatment reduces stiffness while delivering oxygen-rich blood to tissues. Ideal for cold climates, it combines ancient practices with modern wellness science to melt tension and restore energy in South Lake Tahoe's serene environment.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage targets chronic muscle patterns through slow, deliberate pressure. Customized for skiers and active individuals, it alleviates long-term tension while maintaining comfort. Simon's expertise addresses postural imbalances and sports-related strain, providing both immediate relief and long-term mobility improvements through precise anatomical focus.
Swedish Massage
Swedish Massage employs rhythmic strokes to relax superficial muscles and enhance blood flow. This gentle technique reduces stress while improving cardiovascular function. Particularly beneficial for outdoor enthusiasts, it helps maintain flexibility and recovery after physical activities in Lake Tahoe's mountainous terrain through systematic, heart-directed pressure application.
Prenatal Massage
Prenatal Massage uses specialized cushioning to safely support expectant mothers after the first trimester. It addresses pregnancy-related discomforts like swelling and back pain while promoting circulation for both mother and child. Sessions focus on emotional well-being and physical preparation for labor through carefully adapted positioning and pressure techniques.
Reflexology
Reflexology applies targeted pressure to foot and hand zones corresponding to body systems. This non-invasive technique helps manage migraines and digestive issues while promoting systemic balance. Particularly effective as complementary therapy, it enhances overall wellness through energy pathway stimulation without requiring full-body treatment exposure.

Simon is very attentive and flexible with his scheduling. Whenever I call or text him to setup an appointment, he is quick to respond & get me scheduled. His pricing is reasonable & affordable. I highly recommend.

Simon was nice & did a wonderful job. Very relaxing. Scheduling was easy over text. The main reason I went in was my perpetually tight shoulders, he worked wonders on them, felt like a different person afterwards.

I went to Simon because of great reviews. It was partly painful, could feel my muscles the next day but that is ok with me. I had the worst pain in my right foot and the next day after massage I could't walk. Two weeks later I finally went to a hospital (it is covid 19 situation) and got some special shoe and was diagnosed with foot sprain. The worst part of it -when I texted Simon on the next day after massage telling him that something is wrong-he was absolutely careless. It has been three weeks since I can not walk. I would call this business "Evil hands by Simon".

Found Simon on Groupon and decided to give him a try. Hard to get an appointment, he is a busy guy. It took 2 weeks and since I have only been up this street to go to the school, this little complex is really hidden. Cute little studio, not the quietest because there is someone else sharing and you can hear them talking. He is kind and a big guy who can do deep tissue if you like, I do. He was good, I only wish when you tell them how you want it, you get that.

I like my lower body 80% massaged to an upper 20%, I think almost every masseuse I have been to except the guy I see regularly spends way too much time on your neck and upper back. They go over it so many times, it hurts. My guy did that for a long time until I didn't tip him well and he had to run out and ask me why. I told him when he did what I asked, I'd tip him more. I always ask they do not forget to massage my feet because it is the best and so good for you.

I would recommend Simon I got one for my bf and he will go next week so we will see how he likes him. Really nice guy, doesn't get in all the cracks, just kinda goes over the larger muscles. Drapes conservatively.
