Vitality Works Center for Natural Therapeutics opened its doors more than 25 years ago with a simple belief: every person possesses the potential for true health. Our goal since then has been to help our clients achieve that potential through bodywork modalities and other services that are based on the principles of Natural Therapeutics. Over the years, many of our treatments have also come to be influenced by Ayurveda and Traditional Chinese Medicine.Our treatments ~ from therapeutic massage, to energy-based systems, to colon hydrotherapy ~ act to stimulate the innate healing power of the body and build upon the intimate mind-body connection.

Based upon client needs and desires, this 60 minute foot treatment opens up with a therapeutic, warm foot bath, followed by lower leg and foot massage that integrates reflexology points on the foot. As feet are maps of our body, the treatment offers opportunities to understand other aspects of ourselves that are in need of treatment.

After moving back home to New Mexico in 1994, I knew that I wanted to pursue a career in the healing arts and natural health. I have been at Vitality Works for over 10 years now. Besides Therapeutic Massage, I also have advanced training in Craniosacral Therapy from the Upledger Institute. My primary focus and passion is Colon Hydrotherapy and helping to educate my clients about digestive health.
