I've thought about my experience here and even tried to blame myself. thinking I should have not put my trust in my injectors hands. But you really should be able to trust someone that is altering your face. Period. I would not recommend. I moved my schedule around for the whole day to take this appointment, went in for a service that I have gotten before and LOVED (under eye filler). I have struggled with my under eyes for as long as I can remember.
My Injector would not do the service and said "she wants to put some filler in my cheeks". I lost the feeling in my gum line, lip, and nose for 1 and a half months. My face looks like I gained weight and overall chunky. I have been upset about it since I left but did not want to cause drama or upset anyone. I am getting the filler dissolved somewhere else by a highly recommended injector. $850 casually and quickly down the drain.

I have been going to Charleston Medical Spa for almost a year now, and the quality of work is better than any other spa I have been to. I have seen more improvement in my skin this year than I ever before. I get Hydrafacials and Microneedling done fairly regularly with Abbey! I never feel rushed, she is very thorough, and explains everything in detail! 5/5!

Sarah is a 10:10. I've been going to Sarah for 3 years and today was my first lip filler appointment. I was pretty nervous. I took my mom and myself for a consultation/facial which we were able to book consecutively. The staff were prompt and polite. I was treated by Torie and was very happy with her service and consultation, she was almost intuitive about what I was looking for. My mom's treatment was lovely for her. The spa itself is clean and pretty. Thank you to all the staff! We will be back
