Horrible experience! Definitely will spread the word! Canceled my facial due to same day policy. Because during my massage received a phone call from MY JOB.had to leave due to an emergency! Very BAD Business!

Posting this for someone else. Do not give these people your business. They will charge you more than advertised and their staff is incompetent. They are deceptive, purposely or not, about what they're actually doing to your hair. They won't give you the right color if you're getting it dyed. They use products that will ruin your hair. Some workers will literally rip some of your hair out trying to brush it. Just woefully incompetent and a terrible business overall. I can't speak for their massages but based on this absolutely terrible experience, these people deserve to go out of business.
