This is in regards to the Salon: My wife made an appointment over a week ago to get her hair styled. We drove down this morning and she was told 'we do not have you scheduled'! Now my wife is battling Cancer and just wanted to get her hair done in order to make herself feel better. They couldn't even accomodate her at that time and this was THEIR mistake!
Last time she will go here and last time we recommend this Salon to anyone. If you can't hire a person that can schedule an appointment then you've got some serious staffing issues.

Do not waste your time or money. This place has turned into a real joke. they still charge you full price for the membership even after taking away the steam room, deodorant, mouthwash, and lotion in the bathrooms I have been a on and off member with this place since 2016. When you want to cancel your membership sheri will not answer the phone you can leave her messages all day and still get nothing in return.
And when you do finally get ahold of her she will tell you that you never called to cancel and still change you for the next month. She is very rude and unprofessional and will not call you back. I will not be returning. Other than to try and go up there and get my money back since their phones don't seem to work after canceling a membership.

Don't waste your money. I do NOT recommend this place. I have been a member for over 14 years and it has really been going down hill for at least the last 5 years! I feel the management team is rude, snitty and unfriendly. The manager has been aggressive towards me twice. In my opinion he couldn't manage a pot-a-potty and is a bully. The class schedule has been awful for months. The "heated" pool is cold. It's an expensive gym, so you would think they would be grateful for their members. That is not how I was treated for the last 5 years.
