Unless you want your ID stolen from you go here, I was told "at end of day we ALWAYS check everything" I'd strongly suggest you look under the rat pile of papers on your desks too. DOT physical-

The both ladies at the counter are every rude unprofessional and keep cutting off you are trying to talk. I have been doing business with them more than six years. Clearly they don't appreciate me business. The experience I had today with the front desk make me to think go elsewhere where is business is appreciated.

I have bean to back on different times for different things I have a banged up body have had two back surgeries and still in pain I decided to follow through with there plan. so far everything is going well. I will say the people there are organized and always a smile. these people will get you feeling better, and are willing to stand behind those words.the owner. is a very down to earth person who holds three doctor degrees.he speaks to me on a level even I understand.

Unprofessional doctor insulting his patient pulse his the owner. I never seen such a doc behave like that no matter what the doc supposed be the always calm but this's the wrong doc thanks.

Just went to Back to Health today for a D.O.T. physical. From the receptionist to Dr. Scott they are very organized. Good physical at reasonable cost. They even did my "self certification" for a small fee instead of me having to go to D.M.V. and have to wait in line during this Covid 19 time. Thanks Dr. Scott and staff!
