I was a client of Footsteps In Eden Reflexology for over 3 1/2 years - one of my biggest regrets in leaving Memphis was not being able to have my weekly reflexology sessions with Lynn Watson. I began reflexology with the hope of improving my migraine headaches. Not only have my migraines been much less frequent and less intense, but I found the overall relaxation benefited my overall outlook on life.
I weathered some very stressful personal events during this time, and know that the cumulative benefits of reflexology helped me move through them. Lynn Watson is a gifted reflexologist who has an intuitive sense of areas that may need more work on a particular day. Her caring and compassionate nature made me feel completely at ease.
