Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and if lost, stolen or damaged, will not be replaced. If your gift card remains inactive for 12 consecutive months, a service charge of $3.00 per month will be deducted from its balance until the card is depleted. If after 5 years there is still a balance left on an inactive card, the leftover balance is no longer valid.
