The cost is $85 per hour plus travel fee with a 60 minute minimum per location. Chair massage does not take much space and can be performed at a an employee's workspace, a conference room, or anywhere you can clear a little space. During the chair massage the recipient remains fully clothed and comfortably sits in the massage chair.
Yoga

Michelle teaches a gentle yoga flow style with some sustained asanas. She encourages breath and body awareness, relaxation techniques to help melt the stress away and self care daily practices. She emphasizes opening the heart, letting go and creating freedom of movement through breath and going within.
