I called the morning before a big trip and needed to get in for a facial desperately. There weren't any open appointments, but the receptionist (I can't remember her name), was amazing and called me back when there was a cancellation so I could get in. Once I got there the owner Ronica did my facial and she was fantastic. She took her time and explained all the steps and how they would help with my issues. She gave me some great suggestions for my home routine and I will definitely be using her going forward. Can't say enough good things
