Our therapeutic massage services combine traditional techniques with complementary approaches to address muscle tension, improve circulation, and promote overall wellness. Specialized treatments target specific conditions while enhancing body awareness and self-care practices. Each session focuses on creating lasting improvements in physical comfort and mobility through personalized treatment strategies.
Physical Therapy
Specialized physical therapy programs utilize Total Motion Release techniques to address musculoskeletal imbalances and movement restrictions. Treatment plans focus on restoring joint mobility, strengthening weakened areas, and improving overall functional movement patterns through evidence-based therapeutic exercises and manual interventions tailored to individual needs.
Cold Laser Therapy
Cold laser therapy employs low-intensity light to stimulate cellular repair and reduce inflammation in soft tissues and joints. This non-invasive treatment effectively addresses various musculoskeletal conditions by accelerating healing processes and alleviating pain without generating heat or causing discomfort during application.
SET Structural Energetic Therapy
Structural Energetic Therapy integrates physical manipulation with energy work to address postural imbalances and chronic pain patterns. This holistic approach combines myofascial release with energetic principles to create lasting structural changes and improved body alignment through targeted therapeutic interventions.
Polychromatic Light Therapy
Polychromatic light therapy utilizes specific wavelengths to stimulate cellular function and promote tissue healing. This advanced modality enhances recovery from injuries and reduces inflammation through non-thermal photobiomodulation effects that optimize cellular energy production and metabolic processes.

Quick and tasty design your own bowl of food. If you get there during peak hours, you can be waiting a long time. Well worth it and very enjoyable food

They had not enough veggies so the vegetarian dish was served with two mushrooms, tofu without seasoning and a sauce that had no taste. So I basically ate plain rice. Really disappointing.

It is normally genuine Korean food. Unfortunately, it seems with covid the quality decreased and my pork stew was tasteless today, you can see they ran out of the red pepper spice (gochujang) because there was hardly any. very sad :(

Food is delicious and definitely authentic though non of the actual staff (except for the cook) are Korean. The interior is ok though not great since it's simply a room filled with chairs and tables. The decor is minimal but not bad at all. As far as the food is concerned, this is definitely its strongest point. If you like Korean food and are around there during lunch time, it's definitely strongly recommended.

Don't expect this place to be open during weekends though, since it's clearly marketed for the workers employed here. It's target market is employed - lunch time. Highly recommended and very well priced.
