Hands of Health

Since October 1989, Hands of Health has been dedicated to providing high-quality, accessible massage therapy to residents of Scottsdale, Tempe, and Phoenix. Founded by Paul Zarchin, a licensed massage therapist with decades of experience, our practice combines traditional techniques with ongoing education to meet diverse client needs. Paul transitioned from a career in business to pursue his passion for wellness, earning certifications from institutions like the West*Wind Academy of Massage Therapy and the Institute for Natural Therapeutics. We specialize in making therapeutic massage an integral part of holistic health, not just a luxury, by offering competitive pricing and mobile services. Our team prioritizes personalized care, addressing chronic pain, stress relief, and prenatal support through modalities like deep tissue, Swedish, and reflexology.

With over 35 years in practice, we emphasize continuous learning, maintaining memberships in professional organizations such as the Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals. Client testimonials highlight transformative results, from reduced headaches to improved energy levels, underscoring our commitment to enhancing well-being. We operate with transparency, ensuring clients understand the educational nature of our resources while encouraging consultation with healthcare providers. Our mobile services extend to Glendale and Peoria, AZ, with flexible scheduling available six days a week. At Hands of Health, your health is our priority, blending expertise, experience, and compassion to deliver lasting benefits.
