Services
Rolfing Structural Integration
Rolfing Structural Integration systematically realigns the body's connective tissues to improve posture and movement efficiency. This hands-on therapy addresses chronic pain from injuries, repetitive strain, or aging by releasing tension patterns and restoring natural alignment. Clients experience enhanced mobility, reduced discomfort, and improved physical coordination through personalized, science-backed sessions.
Chronic Pain Relief
Our chronic pain relief program targets persistent discomfort from back pain, joint issues, or trauma through connective tissue manipulation. By addressing root causes rather than symptoms, we help clients achieve lasting relief and improved functionality. Techniques combine deep tissue work with movement re-education to break pain cycles and restore natural body mechanics.
Posture Improvement
Posture improvement sessions focus on correcting misalignments that cause strain and discomfort. Through targeted fascia manipulation and movement guidance, we help clients develop better body awareness and sustainable alignment. This service benefits those with desk-related strain, athletic imbalances, or age-related postural changes seeking long-term structural improvements.
Movement Education
Movement education integrates with Rolfing sessions to enhance neuromuscular coordination. We teach clients to recognize and correct harmful movement patterns that contribute to pain or inefficiency. This service combines hands-on therapy with practical exercises to improve daily movement quality, athletic performance, and overall physical awareness.
Connective Tissue Therapy
Connective tissue therapy focuses on manipulating fascia to resolve tension and improve bodily communication. Our practitioners use varying pressure techniques to release adhesions and restore tissue elasticity. This service addresses systemic issues like chronic stiffness, nerve compression, and restricted mobility through targeted, client-centered interventions.

Report
Will has a lot of skill in balancing your body. I was in so much pain from my SI joint (sacro-iliac), in my hip being out of wack, I was waking up at night in pain constantly. It was so bad I was crying out in pain! My chiropractor would put it back in place but my muscles/tendons would not keep it secure, so it would go back out of wack! Will used his Rolphing skills to release and strengthen everything. He is very gentle and kind. It has been over a month without pain now. Wonderful! So worth it! R Covert

Report
I went through the "ten series" of Rolfing visits with Will and continue to visit for alignment tune-ups and specific body work according to need. I have arthritis, joint replacements, cervical issues and a lot of scar tissue. Rolfing eases the tightness of ligaments, tendons and connective tissues which allows my body to move and flow freely. Will has successfully helped my neck nerve compression in C-4 through C-7, and my lower back vertebrae significantly. The numbness and tingling I had in my hands and fingers has disappeared. You owe it to yourself to talk to Will about this amazing process. ALL of me has benefited from Rolfing!

Had my first rolfing session with Will visiting out of town, and it was an excellent experience. Extremely thorough, professional, and a really nice guy. Because of this experience I am in the process of undergoing the entire series back in my home town. Thank you Will!
