Services
Swedish Massage
This classic technique uses long strokes and kneading movements to improve circulation and promote deep relaxation. Ideal for stress relief and general wellness, our Swedish massages are customized to individual pressure preferences. Clients report improved sleep quality and reduced muscle tension after regular sessions.
Deep Tissue Massage
Targeting deeper muscle layers, this treatment addresses chronic pain and postural issues. Our therapists use focused pressure to release tension knots and improve mobility. Recommended for individuals with repetitive strain injuries or persistent muscle discomfort from daily activities.
Hot Stone Massage
Smooth, heated basalt stones are used to warm muscles while therapists apply targeted pressure. The combination of heat therapy and massage enhances blood flow and eases muscle stiffness. Clients particularly appreciate this treatment during colder months for its soothing effects.
Pregnancy Massage
Specifically designed for expectant mothers, this gentle treatment addresses common pregnancy discomforts. Using specialized positioning, our certified prenatal therapists help reduce swelling, alleviate back pain, and improve circulation for both mother and baby throughout all trimesters.
Acupuncture Treatment
Our licensed practitioners use fine needles to stimulate specific points for pain management and wellness. This ancient practice helps balance energy flow and addresses conditions like migraines, anxiety, and chronic pain. Many clients combine acupuncture with massage for enhanced therapeutic benefits.

Great atmosphere, the staff was all friendly and polite, and pricing was extremely reasonable. The therapist was extremely skilled (got rid of all the knots, and I do manual labor!), and I will definitely be scheduling another appointment.
