On a Thursday I booked an hour long couples massage for Saturday. When we showed up to our appointment they'd given it to someone else. Update: Several weeks later we were finally able to receive our massage. It was free of charge. They were even able to fix a frozen shoulder. Due to initial issues and the permanently grumpy attitude of the lady up front, I can't give a 5 star review.

Today was my first visit and it most definitely won't be my last! I had an amazing experience at EBW, my services were a body polish with a mud wrap and a farmhouse nail package. Mechelle was incredible, she made sure I was completely comfortable at every stage of the service. Marina was the manicurist she was equally amazing. I can't wait to go back!

The person who did my pedicure was rough and when I told her she was hurting she would say she wasn't. She was digging her nails and tools into me. The whole experience was very painful. I did give her a tip only because I am handicapped and unable to clip my toenails myself. I will not go back.

From the massage, facial, mani to makeup and hair we were very happy and impressed. We will definitely be going back for another girls day.
