Nothing but good experiences! Haircuts for the kids (I'm a shave the head as quickly as possible guy) and now, having recently learned they do massage as well, am happy to recommend. My lower back pain is already better. Services: Back massage, Haircut

First time trying this place and wish I started going sooner. I was tired of going to my other place and only getting a haircut i half liked for years. As their prices rose I decided for something different and I am glad I did. They take good care of you and really know what they are doing when it comes to hair. Service: Haircut

I was very impressed with this establishment and will definitely be back. Kirsten was amazing and gave me very personal and professional service with an elevated experience. Also, the lobby receptionist was very courteous and professional and everyone made me feel welcome. I am new to the area, and now I can say I have found my new stylist and hair salon in the area. Totally professional and punctual Alicia is a fantastic Master Stylist. I had the Gentlemen's Cut; cut, wash, style, shoulder massage. Good conversation along the way! The front desk check-in/check-out was very quick. All Covid protocols were in place. A+

Hesitant to share my hairstylists name because she's so booked but Kirstin at Gentleman Cuts springhurst is awesome! They have been my go to place in Louisville for probably 5 years. Always the best service and haircuts and to top it off they have 1$ dollar beers. Services: Beard trim, Haircut

Update:. After a few consistent/positive experiences with Katie, I'm back to a five-star rating here. She listens to what you want, does a good job and doesn't rush. My second time there wasn't as good as the first. The first was 5 stars, this time is a 3. They didn't shave my neck or do the neck/shoulder massage even though included in the package I got, I may give them one more shot and if it doesn't improve I'll look somewhere else. For the price I did expect better service.
