We use ORGANIC massage oils in our treatments, and our licensed massaged therapists have years of experience. Unlike most massage businesses, our massage times are mainly "HANDS-ON TIME". Our 60 Minute Massages are truly 60 minutes, not 50 like other businesses. We give our therapists a full 15 minutes in-between each session to prepare the room for their next client, which means other than the few minutes it takes to get you on the table, the majority of your time is spent pampering you.Using firm pressure and focused work, this massage is designed to break down sore knots and relieve tight muscles throughout the body.

Nutritional Therapy is based on the concept that real health can be achieved through a holistic & bio-individual approach to nutrition & lifestyle. With a 'food as medicine' philosophy, Nutritional Therapy focuses on the importance of a properly prepared, nutrient-dense, whole food diet in conjunction with a well-balanced lifestyle.
