Services
Prenatal Massage
Prenatal massage addresses the unique physical demands of pregnancy through customized techniques. We incorporate lymphatic drainage and deep tissue work to alleviate back pain, sciatica, and swelling while promoting hormonal balance. Sessions use the bodyCushion for safe, comfortable positioning throughout all trimesters. This service supports improved sleep, reduced stress, and enhanced circulation for expectant mothers.
Lactation Services
Our IBCLC-certified consultations resolve breastfeeding challenges like latch issues, low milk supply, and mastitis. We combine hands-on breast massage with craniosacral therapy for infants to improve feeding efficiency. Personalized care plans address pumping, bottle transitions, and postpartum recovery while incorporating postnatal massage for maternal comfort and healing.
Baby Bodywork
Specialized infant massage and craniosacral therapy address feeding difficulties, colic, and birth trauma. Gentle techniques relieve digestive issues, improve sleep patterns, and support neurodevelopmental health. Parents learn home care routines to strengthen bonding while addressing conditions like torticollis and tongue-tie through non-invasive bodywork.
Craniosacral Therapy
Craniosacral therapy uses light touch to release tension in the central nervous system. For infants, it resolves birth-related strain and feeding challenges. Adults benefit from migraine relief, TMJ treatment, and stress reduction. This gentle modality enhances cerebrospinal fluid flow to promote healing for postpartum recovery and chronic pain conditions.
Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic drainage stimulates fluid circulation to reduce postpartum swelling and breast engorgement. This technique prevents mastitis, accelerates c-section recovery, and detoxifies tissues. Combined with breast massage, it improves milk letdown while addressing cellulite and circulation issues through gentle wave-like movements.

I highly highly recommend Maternal Massage. I had a few prenatal massages before them and nothing compares. Their level of expertise is incredible. I came in with pelvic pain and sciatica and left feeling brand new. I have seen Molly and Janet and both are absolutely excellent, skilled, informative and kind. A lot of options for prenatal massage out there, but no need to look further, Maternal Massage is the best.

Greeted quickly in a welcoming manner. The atmosphere was so relaxing. Makes you feel like a goddess waiting to be pampered. I'm 19 weeks and went for a prenatal massage. The music was soothing. Lisa was what my body needed. I felt so relaxed I could've taken a nap. So thankful. Also went for eyebrow waxing. Nicole was great! Friendly, conversational and funny. She answered my questions. What a way to end the experience!

I'm just so glad I found Janet. She's skilled, knowledgeable, and experienced in what she does (and also really nice and friendly). I struggle with neck, shoulders, and hip pain and left her place, feeling like a new person! The special body cushions she has is absolutely amazing! I can't wait to see her again next week! Highly recommend.

I just had a maternal (pregnancy) massage with Janet. I have had MANY massages and found that Janet, with her 20+ years of experience, was the BEST massage I have ever had. Maternal or Traditional Massage, Janet really knows the body and how to respond to it. Her technique is amazing and she truly is passionate about her work. I highly recommend her for your maternal massages but am also going to send my husband who is a runner. Janet also specializes in athlete massages as well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND and am so glad to now have such an experienced, friendly, professional therapist in my rolodex. Thank you Maternal Massage and More for helping me feel relaxed!
