I took my girlfriend here for her birthday and overall she enjoyed the experience. There were a few things that made me give this review 3 stars. They said lunch included. Chose salad over sandwhich options which were all bland and terrible. You would think there would be better food considering how expensive this place is($600+). She was there 6 hrs. She says her arms Are a bit bruised from the massage to if youre tender skinned be aware.

She really enjoyed the private balcony and it was peaceful. A day after i recieved a extra $100+ gratuity charge, which i never authorized. The first Time i called i was told that my girlfriend had given authorization for $100+ tip which i found out was false after confirming with her. Finally after another call i was able to reach an employee who would reach the spa and get them to issue a refund. Like i said overall she enjoyed the experience but extremely pricey then trying to charge +$100+ on top is extremely inconvienent

Today I had the best deep tissue massage ever! I booked my appointment this weekend (a few days prior) with Heather. The booking process was simple and easy. When i arrived i was promptly greeted and taken back to the lounge where I waited. Not long after, Heather arrived and showed me where to go. She was super sweet and immediately made me comfortable and relaxed (and that takes a lot this week as I am right in the middle of packing and moving.eek).

I could feel all my tension and worries melting away. It was amazing! I had a gift card that I used for the massage and needed to spend it all before leaving town. Isabel (up front) was extremely helpful in assisting me in picking out some goodies up front. She went through each wall and showed me all the faves. If I was staying in TX this would for sure be my new spa of choice! Go check them out. I promise you will not regret it!

My daughter surprised me with a spa package for Christmas and I couldn't have asked for a better gift. Be sure to call in advance to schedule your services if you are so lucky to receive a gift from here. The staff was all so nice, the ambiance was lovely and soothing and the lunch provided was perfect. They provided refreshing flavored water, hot tea, or wine if you prefer. As well as yummy chocolates.

And let me tell you, I had the BEST pedicure here! I also made sure to book another massage before I left for the day and look forward to being back! The only thing that raised an eyebrow was when I was scheduled for my next massage I got a call from Viva to fill out forms that I had previously filled out from my first visit because they didn't have my info in their system. I'm sure it may have been a small oversite but considering I was there all day on my first visit I wouldn't have expected that.

Cool spot on 35th - we grabbed a couples massage on Memorial Day weekend, little birthday present. The spa was cool, great remodeling, relaxing zen environment with convenient parking in the back. Walk in to entry way, staff was welcoming, and they have a number of different products available (little store) for purchase, skin care, lotions, shampoos etc. We chilled in the relaxing room for about 5 minutes until we were brought back for our massages.

The ambiance in the conjoined couples massage room(s) was comfortable, cool and relaxing. Overall I was a bit disappointed with the massage, especially for the price. I've had ~300 massages and have found that an excellent masseuse is able to sync with their clients body (through touch, communication and energy) and effectively customize the massage technique selected with the body needs, resulting in deep breaths and the release of bad energy and stress. I'd describe this massage as generic. Realignment, relaxation and stress reduction was an overall miss.

The first time I came to Viva for Dysport I didn't love the results but decided to try them again and I got so lucky with Leah for a technician! My results are best I've got in a decade - she reminded me that injectables are an art. She didn't just reduce the wrinkles, she brightened my face up with just the right amount of lift below the brow. Her experience is impressive, and it shows. I'll be booking with her from now on!
