This two-day Rossiter workshop provides "hands-on" instruction in over 30 Rossiter System stretches that can be used immediately to relieve pain almost anywhere in the body, including chronic neck and shoulder tightness, carpal tunnel syndrome, low back pain, tendonitis, joint pain, tension headaches, and plantar fasciitis.

Training is fun, lively, interactive and multimedia.
