Amy Snider, a licensed esthetician opened Spa Cascada in August 2005, in the middle of downtown Saratoga Springs, New York. Inspired by Mexico, where she lived for two years in Cabo San Lucas, it changed her perspective on life and her career.

Beth Sabo Novik is a New York State licensed massage therapist with 10 years of knowledge. She graduated from the Brian Utting School of Massage in Seattle, WA with over1100 hours of formal training. She is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association, and SIPN Saratoga Integrative Practitioners Network. She has her BS from Oberlin College with a major in dance and choreography.
