Our most popularly requested massage is our Swedish or therapeutic massage. This technique usually begins at the base of the skull then works down the body, focusing on areas that hold hidden emotions and pain, such as the hands, feet, and ears. Therapeutic massage involves the manipulation of the soft tissue structures of the body to prevent and alleviate pain, discomfort, muscle spasm, and stress; and, to promote health and wellness.
