Horrible organic greens facial left my skin so irritated. Had my first big breakout in years, less than 24-hours afterward. The vibe and aesthetics are OK not all that. More outdated than zen. They gave me an XXL mens robe and large slippers prior to my massage. I had to get re-dressed and find someone to help me get right size robe. Barbara asked, "does it matter you won't be in the robe long?" Robe was for a 300lb man and dragged the ground.

My massage was good! The room wasn't the most tranquil.smells, oil and music didn't hit at all. After having an uncomfortable facial and wearing robe for 300lb man.there was little expectation left.

Maxine Farrell is the absolute best skin care expert I've tried. You can tell she loves what she does and truly cares. She will make sure you feel special. I highly recommend.

Recently I booked a facial session at the spa and was glad that I did! Maxine was great. She was very nice and really knowledgeable about my type of skin and treatment needed. I will definitely be going back again - highly recommended.

Love going here for facials by Maxine. Her shoulder, face, neck and head massages during masks are so caring and wonderful, always just the right amount of pressure. She's also great at extracting black heads. The zen vibe and decor of the whole place is so welcoming. Can't wait to go back.

I read about Barbara when trying to select a salon for my facial, and decided to book with her. She did not disappoint! She gave me an amazing facial, was so knowledgeable and so so sweet and calming. She gave me the service that suited my skin and took her time with me. I left my session super relaxed, with beautiful skin, and lots of great tips to use at home. I will definitely be back to see her!

Had an incredible deep tissue massage with Boonsiri/Jeff. He not only went truly deep into muscles (unlike many places which still just go pretty light on pressure), but also diagnosed why certain areas of my back and hips felt tighter or sore than others. It felt like anything but a cookie cutter massage. Highly recommend, and I will be back!

Sweet little eclectic spa, right up my alley. Had an excellent mango body scrub, massage, and Illuminating facial with attentive therapists and a fun receptionist as the cherry on top. Definitely recommend!

Such a cute place nestled right in Santa Monica They have parking behind the building and on their cross streets. It was very and quick for me to find parking. I came to Willow Spa for a body scrub & massage package. The entrance to the building is decorated all cute and zen and the employees are very welcoming. I really liked the aesthetic of this spa and that they sell Eminence skin care products.

The rooms were cute and I was so happy that the table already has a warmer on it. The body scrub and massage were AMAZING! Not to mention their pricing is beyond reasonable. I am about to buy a few friends massages here as gifts and will definitely be back myself.

Pretty disappointed. Purchased a 90 min massage for myself and my partner after a long week of work travel. My massage was most just getting pushed on and lightly stretched, and my partner's masseuse gave her a 60 min massage rather than the 90 minutes which was scheduled. After I came out from mine to pay, I was greeted by the person at the front desk who assured me he gave my partner some free samples and would give us a 15% discount.

He had the nerve to ask me if I wanted to tip after that. Needless to say, I would hope that employees take the time to read the schedule? Based on this experience I can't recommend Willow to others.

Yuki was fantastic! it was my first massage, and both therapists (me and my boyfriends) were amazing! so kind and personable. The gentleman at the desk was lovely too!

Beautiful setting outside setup perfect for a couples massage, but a bit noisy since there wasn't any music during our massage. My husband loved his and felt great after it. Mine was really way too soft because it was prenatal so I wouldn't suggest this place for prenatal. I've had ones since and they went much deeper.

I've always loved the massages at Willow. Yesterday I went to see Maxine for a full leg wax. Loved her. She took her time. Got everything. First time back in a spa and was happy to see all the new protocols at Willow. Will be back again soon.

I have been eyeing this place for a while and finally booked a massage last week and it was wonderful! First massage in over 2 years and felt very comfortable in this space.very clean, cute decor, and relaxing energy. Massage was fantastic.booking an outdoor couples massage for hubby and me so he can experience too. Support our local women owned businesses and check this place out.you won't regret it!

Phenomenal. I came in for a massage on a Saturday evening. Chris at the front desk was so friendly and my massage with Nicky was amazing. Definitely coming back!

Went there for years and miss it but I had to move away from Los Angeles It is a very relaxing place and the services are very good. Everybody is excellent from massage therapists to esthetician and receptionist I hope I can go back one of these days

Just had the best massage from Yuki! She listened to my needs and wasn't scared to massage my glutes & hips (as so many massage therapists are)! Not kidding, top 3 massages I've ever had & I've had quite a few. I'll most definitely be back!

Best facial in LA hands Had to come back again and thank Barbara yet again! Thank you so much! My face appreciate your beyond words! I've been coming monthly (this was round 3) and will continue as I have seen my face change drastically! Every product she uses during treatment and has recommended are working marvels! Ohh and girl are they fully stocked in the front with all the good stuff!

I have always dealt with breakouts my whole life and work in the sun often but after her product recommendation and even juices that help detox I have seen my face shine and look healthier and younger. One of the best massages I've ever had, lovely zen vibe and staff.

Just wow! I booked a massage and facial for myself and my daughter, and we both had an amazing experience. The spa is tucked away on busy Santa Monica and is just a little center of zen. My sports/deep tissue massage with Joe was unbelievable! I can't believe how messed up my back and shoulders were until I was off the table and felt like a new person! Barbara then gave me the most relaxing facial ever with their beautiful Eminence product line. Overall the spa is just beautiful and relaxing, and we'll definitely be back.

I got a facial and massage and both exceeded my expectations. The service through the whole process was also exceptional. I don't spa often, but I would say this is the top three experiences for me. I highly recommend this place, and will return every time I'm in LA. The products used are also phenomenal. My skin has never felt better. It's soft, smooth, breathing.

I ended up buying two Eminence skincare products, and plan to call the spa and ask what other products were used on my treatment so that I can buy the rest of them. Thanks for the great experience Willow Spa! Tips if you're going. Arrive 15 min early, they're ver punctual. Come without makeup. Wear easy to remove loose clothing, and no jewelry.

You may want to leave your purse in the car if it's a large bag, some rooms are pretty small. Also request the outdoor bed for the massage, otherwise you won't get it. Also, generally it seems like if you're a party of 2 they won't put you in the same room also unless you specify.

Massages are good, if on the expensive side. My biggest complaint with them is as community neighbors. They never maintain the parkway and sidewalk in front of their building. There's always trash and junk in front of their building and it's a total eyesore. I'm kind of surprised the ratty grounds in front of the place don't keep more people away. I'm not saying they need to landscape the place like a garden, but at least put down some decomposed granite and make it presentable.

This was such a treat when I needed it most! Yoko did my zentastic massage and it was the best massage of my life. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing and celestial. It was a treat myself moment but I am excited for when I get to go back. Highly recommend!

Such an unassuming, but very charming little spa. The spa was clean and quiet. My husband and I found them on Yelp and the reviews were spot on. We both had amazingly relaxing massages. We don't live nearby but if we're ever back in the area I definitely recommend Kazuyo and Yukie. Both very talented and we left very zen.

Skyler is the BEST massage therapist around! She is such a calm, sweet person which makes the experience so much more relaxing! Go to her if you are feeling any pain she knows what she's doing! I wouldn't go to anyone else!

Urban oasis. Love the seating areas that feel so serene. Yu was attentive, caring and gave a great lemongrass exfoliating massage that was rejuvenating for body and mind after a stressful week.

Different than any spa experience I've ever had! The massage services are great, but I felt a bit rushed. Also, if you are sensitive to your privacy, the changing/locker/bath room are not very private (they use a shower curtain at the toilet etc). Overall, it was a good experience.
