Yoga prices: Six-Week series - $60.
Eight-Week series (16 classes, meets 2x per week) - $160.
Drop-in - $12 per class.
(If you are in a series, you have a reserved spot in class. If you are attending on a drop-in basis, extra spots are usually available, but it is a good idea to arrive early to make sure you get in.)
These classes are especially helpful for beginners. We offer a gentle approach to yoga, incorporating elements of Vinyasa and YogaFit styles. This approach provides a mild cardiovascular workout as well as gentle challenges to increase flexibility, strength and endurance. Classes will also focus on breathing and relaxing the mind, allowing students to flow with ease through the yoga poses. Modifications are given according to students' needs.
Dr. Kris received her Bachelor of Art's degree in 1987 from the University of RI. She received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree in 1998 from Life University. After graduating from Life University, Dr. Kris practiced Network in Florida. She later returned to RI and is presently practicing at West Shore Wellness Center.
Dr. Thomas is a faculty member at Rhode Island College as well an Adjunct Faculty member at Bristol Community College in Massachusetts, and Roger Williams University in Bristol, Rhode Island.
Dr. Kris is certified in Level 3 in Network Spinal Analysis (NSA) by the developer, Dr. Donald Epstein. Dr. Kris is also certified in the Webster Technique, discovered by Dr. Larry Webster.

Swedish Massage: With an emphasis on relaxation and letting go of stress and tension - both physical and emotional - this classic and timeless technique of Swedish massage is used to deeply relax tense muscles, detoxify the body and rejuvenate the mind. This session is aimed at releasing deep muscle tension and spasms, relieving pain, and alleviating dysfunction with slow, even pressure. Being properly hydrated before your massage appointment and drinking plenty of water after a deep tissue massage is highly recommended.
