Spa services are available on a daily basis. However, we recommend calling as far in advance as possible to ensure that appointment times are available. A credit card or gift certificate number is required for reservations on all Spa Packages. In order to avoid a 50% service charge for your appointment, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Depending on your skin type, we recommend adding on these drops to enhance your tanning experience by promoting long-term skin health. Made for dry skin- Infused with Organic Lavender to promote long-term skin health. A hydrating twist of Organic Coconut and Organic Moroccan Argan Oil help soothe and repair while providing long-lasting nourishment for your skin.
Take a shower as normal and be careful to rinse off ALL the shampoo and soap; also don't apply any deodorant, moisturizer, lotion, cream, or makeup before your spray tan. 2. Exfoliate with an oil-free product! This is the most important aspect of your before-appointment regimen. By exfoliating, you are turning your skin into a clean slate for your tan consultant.

The owner hired people with no license and using them to pay little money! The owner is a lier! She charged costumer for cancellation, but not pay massage therapist all money to her packet! Costumer request give back money for gift certificate, but she collected his money and refused return! Guys do not go to that place don't buy gift certificate if you don't want lost your money! Costumers complain also because receptionist many times was dunk by working in front desk! Vivian daughter of the owner many times smell alcohol At work! Mark pressure on costumer to cane to the spa because don't want give money back

The worst spa in the world. Worst service and worst woman working on front desk. They made an appointment for me and when I came there was no one. In the end, they moved me for the next day, and when I came, that grandmother was so rude and disgusting, and she didn't want to talk normally. The worst experience in the world. they ruined my day, and my birthday, and everything. I just have to add that you are liars, that I called you that day, no one answered and no one was at work during their working hours.

This review is solely for a facial service provided. Staff was accommodating for the short notice and amicable. Facial itself was underwhelming and concerning. Booked a European facial which was listed for a certain price. Once in the room the premise itself did not appear as clean and sterile as it should be. The process felt rushed and other than being told I would get a "scrub down" I wasn't given a proper explanation of what the process was based on my skin type.
Woman was friendly but was using her phone and touching my face at the same time without disinfecting in between. She was rough on my skin when applying and removing products. She proceeded to scapel my face and use a micro needle device on certain spots but did not disclose that I would be charged for additional services. I noticed the micro needle roller was placed back into storage without being sanitized first.
On top of all of this the products being used were low budget including a serum from the ordinary. I am all for affordable self care but when paying for professional service I expect professional grade products be applied. It was the most un relaxing facial I have received and left looking more haggard than I did when I walked in not to mention the scabs left on my face.
There is now what looks to be bump on my face from excessive/incorrect proding that I hope to god goes away. When I went to pay the total was more than what was advertised. If you are going to charge for additional services you have to ask a client first if this is something they agree to pay for as opposed to just doing it without price disclosures.

Absolutely wonderful experience. I had facial, tinting of eyebrows and lashes done. Hanadi is very pleasant and knowledgeable professional esthetician. I also had full body massage which was another great experience. I was so tense and had hurtful pressure points. After the massage I felt so relaxed and pain free.

I love this place. I've been here like 3 times and I had Martica for 2 times and she was amazing. She knows the human body well and I always walk out relaxed. The place is clean and the staff seems friendly as well. Except for one mature lady, I dint feel that I am welcomed when I went the. There is also a girl called "Daisy", I think she works at front desk. She is very friendly and helpful.
