I had a hybrid lash appointment with Abigail. She did a beautiful job. I also noticed how peaceful I felt during and after my appointment with Abigail. She had really great energy. I would recommend her to anyone looking to get some lashes. Thanks girl!

I went in Wednesday April 6 paid $85 for a "fill" and my lashes still seemed To be completely bald. I reached out to them the next morning asking to have them add more to have the fuller look and told them the times I was available to come in. Unfortunately I couldn't make it ( was leaving town for vacation) and just asked for my money back. I was told someone would give me a call in regards to that Friday or Monday. and I haven't heard from a manager! I will definitely not be going back.

Been getting my lashes done here for a couple months and everyone has been so friendly. Hannah is great! The atmosphere is great and relaxing. Can't wait to try other services in the near future

Poor customer service. I cancelled and appointment day of once before and they didn't charge me anything. I needed to cancel 6 hours plus today before my appointment and now they want to charge me 50% of fee. They cancelled on me DAY OF a few weeks ago because the therapist was sick. Where's my 50% compensation? Plus to have someone go instead of you they charge a $10 "transfer fee"?

For what? It's the same work you would do on me. It's not like you're doing a whole different procedure. Not good customer service and too many side rules. Wouldn't recommend.

Did a full facial wax, , she missed couple spots once she was done she said she cleaned up my face pretty good ask her how long she's been working she said 2months fingers crossed and hoped she was good and knows what she's doing I mean how would a company hire an employee if there is no training or experience. She looked it over twice and told me it was done, I told her "welll you see better than I" got out paid for the service got back in my car and looked in the mirror OMG! Went back in and talk to the receptionist and asked her what she thought she said "I am so so sorry let me get her to fix it and make it right" and I said "Why? why do I have to find out myself that it's not done right?

It's not my job to do that! I walked out NEVER coming back here, horrible experience in Lash and now Horrible exp in waxing, !Do NOT Waste your money here bunch of amateur on training wheels

Absolutely amazing with responding to their clients. I was able to get a same day appointment. They are very knowledgeable and they don't try to pressure you into buy any additional products. They just provide great service, everyone is super friendly. Definitely recommended giving them a try.

I got my lashes done for the first the time in a few years with Abby and she was so sweet! My lashes look fantastic she did amazing and I definitely found my lash girl!

First time ever getting lashes & I wasn't disappointed! Alix did a terrific job! I love that I can wake up with lashes & don't have to fight with putting them on. I will definitely be a repeat customer! Thanks Alix!

The place is very clean and nice. The beds are comfortable but get uncomfortable with time. The staff if friendly and professional. My only complaint is that the glue burns intensely and the tape leaves irritation marks. As shown in the photo. Its not that big of an inconvenience all you need is a few eyedrops and they will go away for the time being.

As for the burning it lasts all day. I think the burning isn't worth it for me. I don't wear makeup or rub my eyes or put anything on them to make them shed like they do. By the second week Id only have the ends of the lashes left. The price is also pretty high for the Quality you're given. In my opinion your spending extra money on the experience.

I did one of the " birthday special" facials and it was NOT worth it. I should have gone with the massage. The estistician didn't tell me her name, did not talk to me at all, I asked of she could remove a black head that had been bothering me and she used this tool that didn't get it out just dug at my skin which was painful. The black head is still there and is hurting more than before.

She abruptly ended it 10 minutes before my paid time was up so I could hurry up and get gone for her next client coming in. Apparently she booked back to back with no leeway room for herself. The products used are supposed to be all natural but they made my face break out even more after all the oil she used. The only cool thing was the heated table they offer. Definitely will not be going back and not recommending.

This place is very clean and relaxing! Marcie did my eyelashes today. She was very very kind! The eyelashes looked fantastic but i had quite a few fall off within the first couple hours of having them. Overall I'm still mostly satisfied with my experience!

Went in for a massage. it was amazing! Very relaxing and inviting environment. The massage therapist was great. He really helped. I can't wait to go back.

Wonderful massage experience. Very clean and comfortable environment. Wendy was fantastic! She asked about my massage preferences, the heated table was so nice, she kept me covered and comfortable. I don’t even have to tell her about problem areas because she can find them and seems to know exactly where I need it. I left feeling amazing and would recommend them to anyone!

I went for a massage and it was great! I even learned some stuff to do in between massages! I definitely suggest scheduling soon!

My only regret is not getting one sooner! Ken was absolutely amazing! I will definitely be back for many many many more massages!!

They were very polite and professional. Wendy did an amazing job on my massage. She adjusted pressure perfectly throughout the time, and worked on the areas on my back that needed the extra attention. Definitely will go back in the future.

I've never had a massage before but let me tell you after today I am hooked. I didn't know what to expect or even what I really wanted but Ken was patient and made sure I was comfortable throughout my session. The studio is very nice and they offer services other than massage. Laser hair removal, waxing, lashes and facials as well as other services.

All of my questions about their other services were answered thoroughly you can really tell they are passionate about what they do. I joined their monthly massage program so I can continue to pamper myself throughout the year. Thank you so much.
