6 months pregnant, traveling for work and completely miserable. A flight attendant told me about The Mommy Spa and I'm so happy that she did! Lindsay was wonderful. She showed me how to sleep more comfortably in a side-lying position; gave me great tips on how to stretch to keep from getting to the crisis point that I was the first day arrived in her office; and the massage was the best full-body massage I have ever received.

The massage included something called lymphatic drainage to reduce the swelling in my feet. She used some both soothing Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques to address the aches and pains I was feeling in my feet, neck and shoulders and lower back. And when she was done, she stretched me! I've never had that in a massage before - it was fantastic!

Lindsay was so knowledgeable about pregnancy related issues as well as other practitioners in the area that cater to the preggo crowd. She provided me with resources for a prenatal yoga class, a doula and midwife and a coupon for a pregnancy specialty clothing shop. Finally, she sent me on my way with a jar of wonderfully scented 'Belly Rub" to sooth my every-extending,tight and itchy belly.

Do not hesitate! Walk, run (if you can) or waddle over to The Mommy Spa. You'll be so glad you did. The prices are more affordable than a normal spa, with great deals on multiple session packages. I went home and asked my husband to buy me the Pregnancy Thrive Package so that I could continue to see Lindsay for the rest of my pregnancy.
