Born & raised in the Colorado Rockies, I moved to Rainier, Oregon with my family in 1999.
In April 2001 I became a flight attendant for Horizon Air ! I truly loved flying, but after 9-11 I longed for something more ~ I wanted to be helpful to people in a more meaningful way ! I remembered what a gift of massage had done for me thru a difficult time in my life, and how healing it was ~ so ~ I began my search for a school.
In 2006 I moved to Tempe Arizona and enrolled in the Professional Massage Therapy Program at the Arizona School of Massage Therapy. After graduating I worked for a company called "Heaven. The Massage" doing Corporate Chair Massage. I managed to save enough money to get to Utah to enroll in the "Master Bodyworker Program" at UCMT! From there I studied for my National Certification Exam, and received it April, 2008 !! Whheew! what a long trip its been! But I loved every minute of it ~ & I am passionate about what I do !!
I've finally made it full circle and am home again with my family in Rainier, Oregon ! I've made many good friends along the way and I'm looking forward to making many more ~ I'm licensed in Washington and soon to be in Oregon, with plans to find my place on both sides of the Columbia River.. helping people heal, one body at a time!
