Just one of those days where your back is tweaked and you need some beyond Advil relief. I booked a mini vacation at Infusion Tea and was happy to see "Jelly" waiting for me. It was by chance that I had the fortune of having her a couple times before at another location. If you happen to get her, you're in for a treat. Awesome at her craft. At the end, you'll feel just like her name. :

Hummus veggie crepe was ok. crepe itself has zero flavor. Manager couldn't tell me which sauces were dairy free. Nothing to write home about.

Lucia at the Altamonte location saved the day! I wasn't able to turn my head or walk without wincing. As I walked out, I was able to hold my shoulders back, look both ways as I crossed the parking lot, and check my blind spot driving, all without pain. That will change the whole trajectory of the day- being able to again do all the 'normal' life activities without wincing or experiencing sudden pain. Thanks, Lucia and Take5. Y'all are the best!

Waited 45 minutes for people to finish 25 minute massages. I left when the therapist decided to chat with a random rather than deal with the ever growing line.

How can it be that I have never done a review for this place?! Take 5 is by far my favorite chair massage choice. It's affordable and every penny is worth the great quality massage you get. I have been coming to this location for about 6 years now and make it a goal to come at least once a month. I have never had a bad experience here. The staff here is very friendly and they make sure the massage is given at the perfect pressure for your preferences. Whole Foods and take 5: come for the groceries, stay for the mini vacation.

I've had many positive experiences going to Take 5 Massage in Winter Park. The therapists are usually very professional and ask about health conditions. That is why I was so surprised by the absolutely terrible experience I had on Sunday afternoon. I sat down for the mini vacation after telling the therapist my allergies/sinuses were acting up and asking if she could work on pressure points on my neck that would help.

She did not ask about medical conditions but I made sure she was aware of my allergies! As soon as I closed my eyes I smelled something very strong, became immediately stuffy and had an asthma attack! She put an artificially scented hand sanitizer, !that I was allergic to, right under my nose! When I was having difficulty breathing and reaching for my purse to get my rescue inhaler, she just kept offering to get me water and making excuses instead of trying to assist me or see if I needed medical attention, even once I was sitting on the floor dizzy, using my rescue inhaler!

This was totally unacceptable! Once I was able to get up she kept offering me water and seemed to think I would be able to have the massage. I explained I needed to go home, possibly get a breathing treatment and recover. She continued to make rude excuses for ignoring my statement that I had allergies and not asking if putting an artificially scented fragrance in my face was ok.

I will not be getting massages there anytime soon unless I already know the therapist and make sure they know not to do this! I get massages to help with tightness in my back & neck which aggravates my allergies/asthma. On Sunday, I left feeling very I'll and it took me most of the night to fully recover!

Second massage of my life. Feel like a new man! Laura was fantastic. Will definitely be coming back. The only thing I'd recommend is that they invest in some good quality noise canceling headphones. The store can be pretty loud

It's okay for a quick massage. It wouldn't be my first choice of places for massages. It's nice if you're in a bind and the prices aren't to bad. My therapist was friendly and asked about any conditions I might have or any areas I might need attention on.

After sleeping on my neck/shoulder wrong all night, I really needed a quick massage to get the knot out. And low and behold I walked into my local Whole Foods to have lunch, and there was massage chairs, just calling my name. I had a wonderful masseuse by the name of John Connon who took care of me. I will definitely be going back for repeat visits.

I love the concept of being able to stop in and get a quick massage on my lunch break when my neck & shoulders are sore from being stuck on the computer all day. I've been to this location 4 times now and had a new therapist each time. For the most part, you usally get a pretty good massage, but keep in mind, it can be hit or miss since there's often someone new and unless you really plan ahead, you don't know who will be working when you stop in. Overall, I think it's a great value for the convenience factor and typically pretty high quality service.

This is the best 15 minutes you will ever have with your clothes on. Stopped in during a trip to Orlando and was ecstatic to see that this WF had chair massage available. I get these type of massages as often as possible on the fly and it's amazing how much better you feel after just 15 minutes. PS to reviewer below, if the pressure is too intense for you, just ask the therapist to lighten it up!

My therapist was named Maria or Marla or something like that and she was one of the best Ive had anywhere. I wish WF would give them a quieter location, but they provide headphones if you want to tune out the outside world. Relax, enjoy!

Ok. I decided to stop and ease my tense and tight muscles while at whole foods. So disappointed with the spa massages I have received in this city, I was not sure what to expect. However, my therapist Laurie knew what she was doing. She really moved some things around in there. Maybe a bit too much actually. I needed pain killers and a heating pad the entire week after just 15 minutes of massage.

I have never had chair massage but have had full body massages for many many years. I think the down side to chair massage is that the therapist does not have the medical history or details you would get in a massage therapy clinic (Please tell me everyone gets this with a full body massage). However, I was pleased with the detail, technique and knowledge of this therapist, although the bodywork done was way too intense for me that day.

Thank God it was only 15 mintues. The good thing is there is no appointment needed and if you're pressed for time and money it's a great option. Please just be sure to let the therapist know of any issues or conditions you may have. If you have not had a massage before you will want to go on an empty stomach and drink plenty of water before and after.
