Had gift certificate for services they don't provide (bought online)! And there was difficulty in finding records of the purchase. Then - only a fair experience and they weren't able to get in the entire value of massage during session! Not customer friendly.

I am a proud client of Sterling. It's been 10 yrs. or better, that I've been enjoying their premium services. I have experienced both the interns as well as the licensed therapist. Both are compassionate, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. The owners are friendly with warm demeanors, making you feel welcomed. I'm excited, this year I'm planning to become a member. Keep up the awesome job Sterling, you are certainly in a class by YOURSELF! :

My first experience was in Oct 2020, I purchased a package as a birthday gift to myself and it was the BEST full day spa experience I've ever had. Getting ready to schedule again!

Sterling offers student massages that I have had over the years for a great price and they are all talented. Their licensed therapists are wonderful. I have tried dozens of massage therapists in Dallas and have a very difficult time finding someone I like and trust to work on me (after several injuries). The therapists I have seen lately at Sterling are very knowledgeable and go above and beyond in their time and attention. The owners are super kind, welcoming and responsive as well. I finally became a member and only wish I had sooner.

I am so so glad I found my new spa place in Dallas! I actually stumbled upon this place through groupon and I gave them a call. I was pleasantly greeted by Mr. Sterling the owner of the spa. We walked me through their health precautions due to COVID19 and ensured my friends and I safety and he also discussed all the massages that they offer. They offer quiet a lot of services but massages are the main ones.

This is a massage school so you can request a student to give you a massage for $35 while a licensed person is $79 or so. Check groupon for lower rates. Overall the environment was clean the staff was AMAZING and I am coming back here. I got a massage and it was FABULOUS. I was so tempted to return the next week to get another one! They have monthly memberships for $45/month.

Please ask them what it includes but I think it includes cheaper massages and other services. Overall I am so impressed with this place and Mr. Sterling and his family are amazing. What an awesome business!

Just an amazing facility! It is family owned and operated and they treat you with top notch customer service from checkin, have quality staff members doing the service and d follow ups after the service to ensure everything went according to plan. I've had minor issues and they were quickly clarified. Overall my favorite facility!

This is the "go-to-place" for getting great massages in Dallas! They offer memberships and I've been a member for five years now. Amazing experience! Amazing massage therapists! They even have instant gift certificates which you can purchase online after-hours anytime you want and email it directly to the recipient. I buy massage gift cards from them for wedding gifts, birthdays gifts, you name it; it's the best gift! I get my massages from Stella who has been working there for decades, but when she gets booked i go to Madeline or whoever is avail. everyone there is great!

I made an appointment here and cancelled it within an hour. I got 3 phone calls from the receptionist and 1 from the aesthetician herself while I was in a work meeting. I stepped out to answer the third phone call (which was the aesthetician) asking me to call the salon and give my credit card information. which I was already aware of thanks for the 2 prior messages from the receptionist but was trying to complete my meeting.

I assured her I would call as soon as I could and I was busy at the moment. 20 minutes later as I'm walking about of the meeting they call AGAIN. So I said forget it and cancelled. I understand the need to complete the booking but please do not harass me. Very unprofessional.

Our favorites are Tracy for facials, Hector & Karen for massages. I even recommend them to my own clients at the Spa when I am not available. Book ahead of time especially if you are trying to get your treatment on a Friday or Saturday. Ladasha, Nanah and/or Nick at the front desk can help you finding a good match for your treatment. Their prices are also reasonable.

I have been very successful as a LMT & I am very grateful for being part of such a nice team. Seriously, they really care about your business. It took me longer to write this because I didn't want to sound biased. I also didn't think it was fair not to spread the word about my favorite LMT's & Esthetician here. The Spa also offers body scrubs, infrared sauna, & so much more. Give the spa a try and enjoy your treatment : Thank you for reading it, Linda A. Cole LMT, LMTI, Ashiatsu Practitioner, Reiki Master

I just had my 2nd massage here and the massage was good. The lobby and place itself is very clean and nice. However if you are looking to have a nice, peaceful, QUIET massage I would go elsewhere. The first massage was with an intern and they were very busy so the massages were in a room with I don't know how many tables, seperated by curtains.

My therapist said we had to whisper.so ok. But the drapes were constantly being slung back and when the staff were changing sheets between clients, you are distracted by that noise. Today I had booked again with an intern but said I wanted a private room. They accommodated that. There was a woman in the next room getting a massage that literally TALKED. FOR. ONE. FULL HOUR.

How can you get a massage and talk the whole time! My therapist finally went in there and asked them to tone it done. Well my massage is completely ruined by now. So the woman that wouldn't shut up is gone and more doors are slamming shut and more talking. I was a member at another place for a couple years and it was a crapshoot if you would get a quiet room with no people talking and doors banging.

I have a stressful job and work with people that talk non-stop from the time they walk in the door until they leave. Most massages are very expensive and if I'm going to pay over $100 for an hour massage, I would like to have one hour of peace and quiet.

In the past year I have probably received around 200+ massages at Sterling. Yes, I am addicted to massage, and seek out the best therapists who can help me recover from my workouts. There are several great ones here, and Linda is one of the best. Her entire approach is one of healing, and she has gone out of her way to provide me with a great session, time after time. (I have had at least 45+ sessions with Linda, and have always received a great massage) Outside of Sterling, in the past 10 years I have probably received around 3000 massages.from as far away as Fiji, and most recently Hong Kong.and Linda is still one of the best.

I come in about once a month for an intern massage (sometimes more than that!) because I'm subject to the knots and stressors of life. Their massage school must be top notch because I can't say I've ever had a bad experience here. The front staff are amazing and each intern I've had has been ready to tackle a spa environment. The ambiance here is great and the people can't be beat. Can't recommend Sterling Spa enough.

This is for the massage school- If you are limited on funds and need a massage this is where to go. It depends on the student you get so sometimes they are not great, but usually they are great. I'm not a fan of the big room with curtains because of the noise level, but the regular rooms are nice.

I booked the Mini-Facial with LED and Microcurrent Therapy. It was the first time I had tried this type 'therapy' and was pleased. Shelly, the Esthetican, asked a lot of questions regarding my reasons for getting the facial, products used etc. to make sure I was as informed as possible. She also talked me through the steps she took and made sure I was comfortable throughout.

I also didn't like having to pay and tip in advance, but will ask if I can do that after the treatment next time I go. I plan to get this treatment again before my wedding in three months. I was pleased with the 'plumping and firming' results the therapy treatment gave me. I did take 'after' photos and will compare them to my actual face in the coming days and weeks! Overall, I would definitely visit Sterling again.

After a long weekend or camping and sleeping in the rain I definitely knew a massage was in order. This place did not disappoint! I was greeted with smiling and welcoming faces, I immediately enjoyed the atmosphere, and my massage therapist, Zenobia, was amazing! Her unique skills with sound vibration therapy, and aromatherapy, combined with her magic touch is truly what the doctor ordered!

I came it feeling high strung, and exhausted and I left feeling grounded, centered, relaxed and refreshed! I definitely recommend treating yourself to an experience like this!

I've been coming to the Sterling Health Center and Spa since about 2001 on a regular basis for massage therapy. This place is nothing shy of AWESOME! Thanks to Mr. Sterling and his staff. The surroundings are very clean, modern and very nicely decorated. You can also book your future sessions online. The receptionists are always very friendly, personable and helpful.

Since coming here I've tried some student interns at first and a couple of the registered therapists until one day when I scheduled a session with Craig. He is in my opinion is one of the best registered therapists I have ever been to. I went to him for a deep tissue massage and since then he is the only therapist that has been able to provide the deep pressure that is required to relieve the stress and tension in my neck, shoulders and back.

I have since increased the frequency in which I visit as well as now scheduling 80 minute sessions. I would highly recommend this place, staff and Craig to anyone/everyone! Time and money very well invested in better health and living! Do check into their membership program.

My girlfriend and I have gone to Sterling Spa for many years. If you like massages and would like them more often, I highly recommend going to the 50 minute intern massages. They're inexpensive, you get good massages (yes, they can vary, but that's the point of a massage school!), and you may find someone whose massage you really like. Diversity is good. We had been to other spas, and Sterling is by far the most professional, comfortable (some other places - creepy!), and consistently enjoyable place for a good massage.

STAY AWAY - rude and dishonest - needs to be put out of business. I purchased a Living Social Deal for a "Two-Hour Introductory Massage Class for Two". 5 minutes before the class started, the instructor said to fill out their release form "for the person who would be receiving the massage." I asked, "the class is for 2, right?" The instructor replied, "I told the owner not to say that.

Only 1 person gets the massage. It's in the fine print". 4 other people spoke up and said they also thought it was for 2, to which she replied, "I'm sorry - but." But what? She went out to the owner, came back and said that if we wanted to purchase ANOTHER deal for the"special" price, we could come back for the 2nd person. I was furious, but since I couldn't access the deal on my phone (only the voucher), we stayed.

When I got home, I checked the fine print. NOWHERE does it say it is only for one person (I put the "fine print" below). It says you will "practice on your partner" - right, because there are 2 of you. Additionally, nowhere did it say you needed to bring your own sheets or rent them for $3 - that info came in the "reminder" email you get the day before.

The reminder email also said to "dress comfortably", and then when you arrive they tell you to COMPLETELY DISROBE in a room of 20 strangers. The instructor and owner were rude, and all he would repeat is that it was "clear in the fine print." And to add insult to injury, the class was only 90 minutes long, not 2 hours. I am posting this review on every website I can think of to try and warn people about their dishonest and unprofessional behavior.

Check out the other "1 star" review here - the owner basically told her to piss off until she wrote her review, then he was "so sorry" - but obviously only because she called him out. Here's the "fine print" The first part of the class will focus on learning basic massage strokes, followed by a hands-on practice session performed on your partner in a fully equipped treatment room under the watchful eye of your instructor.

Complete with classes available several times each month and a convenient location just off the Dallas Parkway, Sterling Health Center's sure to leave you with yet another way for everyone to win.

I was in need of a massage BAD yesterday evening after work. I called them and they were able to get me in an hour later. You can choose to see a student or a licensed therapist. I booked with a licensed, although I've used a student before. My appoitment started right on time. She asked great questions as far what kind of intensity to use and if there were problem areas.

I told her medium pressure and advised of one area in particular I've been having issues with. She worked that problem area out! And even gave me some stretches to do to continue helping the area. Overall I was very pleased. The ONLY complaint I have is you have to pay and tip before you even get your massage. I felt this was not fair to me or the therapist. What if they deserved more or possibly less? BTW my therapist name was Cindy, go see her!

This is one of those hidden gems you almost don't want to review on Yelp for fear it gets too busy! For massages, this place is simply awesome. I've been a handful of times and honestly the intern massages are hit or miss, but the licensed therapists are definitely worth the money, which is actually pretty reasonable. These guys know what they are doing, how to find your knots, and work them to perfection. The waiting area and rooms are clean and private. Nothing too fancy but not really important to me because massages are amazing.
