Spa Shiki's theme was chosen in honor of Harold Koplar, founder of The Lodge of Four Seasons, who had a passion for Asian culture. The word "shiki" means "four seasons" in Japanese and is a reflection of the resort's style and mission.

Day passes are available for $35 and include, our infrared sauna, steam room, mineral whirlpool, fitness center, meditation lounges, indoor/outdoor pool, and locker room facilities. Wife & I got our bi annual treat of Swedish Massage & Pedicure at Spa Shiki. Facilities are getting a little dated & some features under repair but still a wonderful place to relax. Heat rooms, hot tub, meditation rooms, indoor/outdoor pools are part of the packages as well as first class robes & linens & cooling/warming beverages. Highly recommended.

Not worth your money.my friend booked a girls trip, she called asking for military discount and over the phone the staff said yes, military gets 10% discount. We showed up and the females that worked the desk said no. That they never done a military discount. So I paid for my regular massage, which was not worth it. It felt like she was just caressing me the whole time.
The following day I got a facial, my friend asked again for military discount and we got it. There is definitely a lack of communication within the staff members. Because one was willing to give us the discount while the other said no.

I received the "sports massage" from Jane on Saturday, December 18th, 11am. This was the worst massage I've ever received from a "licensed professional"! Talked to me throuhg the whole treatment, No flow in any part of the sequence, no follow of origin to insertion of muscles and bounced. No "sports" except after the first 3 times she scratched me with her fingernails and hit me in the head with her elbow, she did move my shoulder in circles completely pinching & stabbing me with her nails so bad, I couldn't move. She said "she just cut her nails". Other than that the place was beautiful and the staff was nice.
