Nothing but great praise for Spa Palace. Bought a new spa about 2 months ago, and their service has been first class. They have twice come out to help us fix some initial quality issues on the spa (not their fault), and are really good about coming at the appointed time, calling ahead of their arrival, and letting us know what they found as the root cause of the problem. We bought from Spa Palace after being cautioned about here today and gone tomorrow spa companies in the local area.

The guy there name Joseph acted like he didn't have time for us. Just gave us a much of paperwork about hot tubs and left us alone. He said he needed to ask us questions to see what would be perfect for us, but he didn't even ask us. It's like he didn't even want to spend time with us. We left and went to another hot tub store where they we're welcoming and we're very helpful. We spend $13,000 there. Joseph lost alot in commission.

Joseph is a kind and knowledgeable guy. He will go out of his way to provide service to customers. He has the products and service to keep you enjoying your spa, and a nice selection of tubs to choose from. He helped me with an unfortunate repair to my steps with new to me steps. I'll continue to see Joseph for all my spa needs, and I'll recommend him and the Spa Palace for all of your spa needs, also!

Well I spa palace employee came to my store. In a large spa palace truck. He. Demanded two butane bottles refilled. He stated he used the torches for spa repairs. When asked for payment only 2.50 he stated he wasn't going to anything and was upset that I should ask for payment. Told the employee go to hell and slammed the door. I contacted the manager at spa palace and told he details and he stated well what did I call for? So you be the judge.

If you are looking for a Jacuzzi, go see Joe at Spa Palace. After careful research of this product, we discovered that it is placed in most health facilities. I researched for months, before finally buying one. There is a You Tube video of a guy slamming Jacuzzi, and because of this You Tube, I was really hesitant to buy one. I showed Joe the You Tube video, and he took two hours explaining that the information on that video was entirely wrong.

It was a competitor trying to slam Jacuzzi. Joe went through it step by step--was very calm and patient with me. He showed me that Jacuzzi has changed their outer protection and no longer use screws which tend to warp the plastic protection. Also, there are virtually NO parts of Jacuzzi made in China as proclaimed by this competitor; the motor is made in Mexico, right over the boarder and governed by an American company. Jacuzzi has perfected its insulation and Joe showed me an old model and a new model to prove the facts.

There are a lot of competitors out there; the fact that Jacuzzi is the primer maker of hot tubs means that they've been doing something right for over 50 years. The fact that most of the major spas buy Jacuzzi says something. If you want to deal with a very patient, HONEST guy--go see Joe. He's very reputable, has been in the hot tub business for over 20 years, and will tell it to you straight up--no pressure and he even encourages you to look around at other brands.

He will not call you to bother you; there's no getting your name and phone number immediately and having them call you constantly. I've had other shops in town do that, and it is annoying. This guy is super! Patient, honest, and not out to make a fast buck. He encourages people to take their time when buying a hot tub. He is concerned about his customers and it shows in his approach! Purchased a spa from this place that has the capability to run off 110 or 220. While waiting for the 220 we had two different technicians attempt to configure 110, only to find out there was a faulty pump. Well two weeks later the pump is placed in the spa and by this time we have 220 power ran to the tub. Here is where it gets interesting. The tech came out and plugged in the 220 to the spa.

He attempted to leave prior to my coming outside and speak with him about the electrical and functionality of the spa but I managed to catch him outside putting away his tools. I asked him if I could speak to him about the spa and he told me no. As he climbed out of his van and walked around to get into his van I stated "I would like to talk about the spa" and he stated "no you don't".

I stated " yes I really would would like to speak to you about the spa and if it works". The tech states "I know how to do my job and your tub is fixed, now step away from the truck" and then drove away. I called Spa Palace twice and spoke to two different individuals about this incident and both people I spoke to represented themselves as some form of leadership and both gave me a mild attempt at some service.

When others on here have stated bad customer service I would recommend that you pay very close attention because I have never received treatment from a customer based company like this. It was impressively rude. Beware, if you have any issues I would expect nothing less then extraordinarily poor service.

Bought a Jacuzzi two months ago. Joseph the manager was great answered all questions tested my water, good job!. Set up went fine but when I turned the tub on the lights wouldn't work. Service rep came over to fix the problem but couldn't (he was not a great person). Two months later still no lights, not a huge issue but still not a complete produce.

The hot tub itself is great. The buying experience was great. It's everything after that where our experience turned horrible! We purchased our hot tub in January. The wood sighting was damaged in multiple spots upon delivery. I was told at the time that it would take a few weeks to get replacement sighting in. It's is September and they finally got all of the sighting replaced. 8 months to get this fixed is beyond ridiculous!

The staff is very nice when you call them, but had I known it would take this long to get my tub fixed I would never have purchased from them. Sighting replacement is common and not difficult. Also, I have a new tub and the brand is Jaccuzi so parts are not hard to get. It is important to mention that my tub had a small leak and they immediately sent a tech out to fix the problem. I don't know why they were so good with one fix, but not the other.

What a helpful company! Spoke with Joseph. I have no experience with hot tubs, and we inherited one with our house. Joseph explained all of the options available for getting my hot tub running - everything from bringing a water sample to him tested for free to scheduling time for a maintenance person to come over and show me how to fill the tub. He was so helpful over the phone on a simple inquiry, I will absolutely give him my business in person.

I wanted to express my sincerest appreciation and to let everyone who reads these reviews that Spa Palace is the real deal! They educated and guided me to purchase a Sundance Cameo Spa and it was the best decision we ever made for a Hot Tub! That was 20 years ago and this Spa is still running without any problems as we have had only one service call on it.

We keep everything maintained and anytime I had a question for some help or a small part, or even chemicals, Joseph was always so helpful. He obviously has years of experience in service, sales and parts and he is the best guy as the manager of the North Nevada store in Colorado Springs. I have sent many of my neighbors there and told them there are no other spa dealers with this level of customer care and customer service.

I told them if you want a cheap deal go elsewhere.if you want quality and value go to Spa Palace. If you think about it, how many businesses go the other way after 20 years.more than we would like to think about but Spa Palace has always been amazing and there for us. I will buying my next Spa from them when this one dies. I cannot say enough great things about this company except they deserve all the awards they receive and then some. Thank you. Robert Smith

While this place has a great selection, they have poor customer service. My hot tub was delivered missing the filter net. The delivery crew claimed they'd stop by within a few days to deliver it but never did. Now I've made two separate trips to their store to get one. First trip I was given the wrong net, the second time I was told they did not have them in stock.

When I requested that they mail it to me when it came in stock, I was told 'I make you no promises, check back here in a week'. It would have taken minimal effort to drop the net in the mail so a customer who spent more than $10k didn't have to take a third trip to the store for an incomplete delivery.

I have been doing business with Spa Palace in Colorado Springs for 13 years, and all of my experiences have been great. My 17 year old Sundance Spa still runs like new. Joe is always very helpful and friendly, and I cannot imagine going anywhere else for my hot tub needs.

Just got our new Sundance hot tub delivered last week. One jet keeps popping out and will not stay in. I called to have Spa Palace come out and service it and was informed there is a $69 service fee even though the tub is brand new and under warranty. Huge disappointment! We have owned 2 other hot tubs (that were purchased from other companies) in past and never had to pay a service fee for a tub under warranty. Very frustrating!

So helpful! I didn't buy my hot tub from them but I wish I had. I came in to have my water tested and get advice on how to balance the chemicals and he did a test for free and explained everything I needed to do to get it balanced again. I also bought some awesome smelling stuff for the tub as well as chemical products. Thank you!

Had a great experience buying our first hot tub. Our salesman answered all of our questions without pressure and the set up team was courteous and professional. We had a problem with the breaker tripping after about a month and they had service there the same day with a fix so we could keep using the tub until the part came in. They also fixed a jet that had problems, which they weren't expecting to do. We've had some trouble getting the water correct (well water with minerals) and Joseph has been very helpful and informative on what chemicals to use. Love how they can test the water and let you know exactly what's wrong.

They are pretty competent but make sure you log time and time out. Also, stay with the repair man the whole time. In my case, he claimed he was there for 1 hour and 40 minutes. He was not and additionally, he spent several minutes trying to find the notes from the previous visit so that he knew what to repair. Bottom line, this one was on me but consider yourself warned.

What a crock. Customer service is dead at Spa Palace. There is not a price tag in the entire showroom. Apparently so they can charge whatever they want to whoever they want. I needed a 40# bag of chem, so they showed me where in the warehouse I could pick it up myself and then they charged me 3x what it should go for. The lady did NOT want to help me. I'll be happy to take my money elsewhere.

This spring we bought a used hot tub from another company, Alex of High Plains Pool and Spa for $2500. It was broken from Day 1 and he would not honor the 6 month Warranty. We finally called Spa Palace (with extreme frustration) and Mike, one of their amazing technicians, came the next day. He said it was obvious. One of the jet pumps was over heating and turning off and 2 other major things were wrong with it also.

He fixed them also. The tub is working perfectly now. He said there was no way we could have broken it. Mike was extremely courteous and knowledgeable, and the office staff (Connie and others) were amazing to work with. Prompt, courteous, friendly and helpful! Spa Palace was exceptional. You can't go wrong dealing with the best in Colorado Springs. And Spa Palace is the BEST.

Poor customer service for tub service. Made an appointment, no one showed up. When I called to ask when they were coming, interacted with rudest person on the planet. Talked with the manager who sent someone out. Work was okay but I will never shop here again! Originally bought two hot tubs here and supplies. Was treated badly. I now am a satisfied customer of online supply company, Shepnell.com for filters and chemicals.

Great place for hot tubs! New and used. Understand that new tubs are pretty pricey, but they got plenty of used ones for cheaper if that's what you want. Ended up buying a used one elsewhere and they still helped me learn about my new tub, educated me on maintenance and such. They are serious pros about tubs. We go there now for free water testing where you give a sample of your water and they calculate the exact chemicals needed so you don't over/under treat it. Joe the owner also has a sweet old fashion truck, looks like Mater from Cars the Movie.

I purchased a Dimension 1 very expensive hot tub from them 2 years ago. It has deteriorated quickly since I bought it. They no longer carry the brand so I guess they've realized it wasn't a good product, unfortunately they didn't let me know that before I spend 15K on one. One visit to the store to get service and replacement parts ended with 'we'll call you to setup a time after we find out what parts are needed', and I never heard from them again.

My recent visit I was given good information but a tech can't come out for over a week and a half. Now my spa is sitting empty for two weeks during some of the nicest spa-evenings of the season. Weak customer service. Finally, after being a spa owner for over 20 years (Jacuzzi brand for 15, Hot Springs for 5) I will never buy a D1 spa again. Finish discolors, parts disintegrate and fall apart, and periodic break-downs are the norm. And this is just within 2 years of purchase. Worst spa experience ever.
