Candice Poor actually knows how to do Myofascial Trigger Point therapy and does it oh-so-painfully WELL! I have been to a number of clinical massage therapists who claim that they know how to, and/or do practice trigger point work, but none of them did! And when you're paying someone your hard-earned cash to address these chronic, painful KNOTS, you want some relief, dammit!
Candice knows her stuff AND practices her stuff.
Some massage therapists won't even do this work because it can be more taxing on the therapist's body.
