It was my first experience in installing eyelashes and the result was very bad in this bad place. Their treatment was the worst. My eyelashes fell out after three days. During the installation, the manager left me and turned to another customer and did not care about me. When I returned to her because they fell, she took me 30 dollars To repair them, and after four days again they all fell back even my natural eyelashes also fell, and I took several to her to complain.

She did not speak to me and ignored me and tried to talk to her and continued to ignore until I raised my voice and her reaction was to say do what you want I can't fix for you

Aemr is good - I had my threading and waxing done. She stayed even after her shift was over to take care of my waxing. I feel the facility should fully enclosed space for waxing/ facial.

I am very picky about my eye brows. I started coming here about a year ago, and the service has been consistently excellent. Rimpy is one of the only people I trust with my brows! Threading is definitely the way to go for brow maintenance.

Oh my goodness, my eyebrows. they're uneven, there are stray hairs everywhere. Terrible. And the lady let me leave with the hairs all over my face. Unreal.

The woman who owns this place does an amazing job threading. I've been coming to her for all my threading needs for almost a year now and I could not be happier. I was weary to try threading salons in danbury after moving here from NYC, but this spa is fantastic and the woman is very experienced. I highly recommend.
