Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality I had a massage done by Trevor today. It was a really great massage, he made sure I was comfortable the whole time, his pressure was great, and he was very professional. Highly recommend booking with him! Plus, the spa as a whole was very enjoyable. It was clean and relaxing!

I was served by Holli, who had such an effervescent smile and outlook that it lifted my own spirits! She was extremely tuned in to reading me as a customer. Asked about my hair prior to even choosing a shampoo to ensure she used the ideal product. She showed me each styling product she used in my hair and explained why she was choosing it, how to use it, and what it was going to do for my hair.
She gave me tips for styling my hair myself at home to boost body and shape, and checked in throughout the wash and style process to ensure I was comfortable and all questions were answered. I would defiantly go out of my way to have my hair done by Holli at Aura again in the future!

The overall appearance of the salon was beautiful! Very clean and looked very professional! I was greeted by the receptionist Erika and she was very nice and accommodating! She gave us a tour of the salon, and her appearance was very stylish and professional! Christine was my massage therapist and she was absolutely amazing, it was hands down the best massage I've ever had! She made you feel so relaxed and comfortable! It was a wonderful experience and I will definitely be back!

I love the long layered hair cut I got from Jen, the manager! She did an amazing job! I brought along a picture of what I wanted, and I am so pleased with the results. She even taught me how I can replicate the style at home by myself. She is very thorough, talented, and sweet. I am definitely going back to her.

New Salon and they have all the services of a Spa. Very friendly and accommodating staff, greeted us with our choice of beverage and we're very welcoming. Have a vast line of Aveda products they use and sell. Love this place, very cost efficient to the American Club's Spa and services are comparable. Definitely worth it to check this place out!
