My husband and I purchased the Costco package deal for Salish a while back and decided to finally use it on Memorial weekend. Let me tell you, that was one of the best decisions we've made! We wanted a special weekend getaway nearby and that's exactly what we got. We were greeted very nicely by staff during check-in. We were offered a welcome drink, and we were also told that we could grab a another drink later at the reception downstairs (yay!).

The condition of the room was excellent. Clean, neat, cozy, and stylish! Loved the two showerheads in the bathroom (smart!). We had dinner at the Dining Room and that was excellent too. Our waitress was super friendly and helpful. We both had the filet mignon. It was fab! The ambience and vibe was romantic and just gorgeous by the falls. Too bad we got full and didn't get to try any dessert.

What could have been better: I wish we got a room with a better view because ours didn't really have a proper view of the falls. I wish we got to experience the spa. I called weeks in advance but they were already booked out. I tried my luck again when we arrived but they didn't have any availability for a couples massage. Oh well! Had we not had the Costco package, I don't think we would've gone to Salish that specific weekend because we had a look at the original prices of the rooms and they were extremely expensive.

We lucked out. Loved the idea of the package and would like to see more of these in the future. In summary, highly recommended place especially for couples perhaps for one-two nights. There's not too much to explore nearby. I'd definitely visit again and perhaps try the other restaurant. If you're in the area, do check out the Snoqualmie Casino. Thanks for making our stay memorable!

We've gone a few times using the Costco gift certificate. Rooms are spotless. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. The country breakfast is wonderful. The fruit with Devonshire cream is my favorite!

Went here for a graduation Brunch with the family. I must say, they had the best clam chowder, I've ever had. The service was stellar and the value of the food was great! Had the Pork Belly and Potato Hash with Kimchi, Fried eggs and onions. A spectacular dish. This is a hidden gem! My 1st time here and I was impressed. If you get a chance to go, I highly recommend.

We had a great experience overall. It was a little frustrating having to unplug the cable on the tv just to watch one of our own movies. The mini fridge in the room is more of a wine fridge and doesn't really work for food. More mini than most fridges. Also not allowed to use a cart on your own, only valet can do that. Had a nice couples massage. The bathtub in the room was amazing - largest tub I've ever seen.

My 6'6 boyfriend and myself (6') both fit comfortably. Cocktail on arrival from the check in desk was lovely. Food was top notch. Best Caesar salad I've ever had. Overall a nice stay but could have had some improvements.

Everything was amazing.except the spa being booked. So book your spa the same day you book your reservation. The staff was all nice.each and every one of them. Their hiring staff did a great job. It smells amazing inside.like instant relaxation when you walk through the front doors. We will definitely be back. And hopefully be able to get a massage. Ans get the lemon towels. Their to die for.

This is specifically a review of the spa. I used to love going to the Salish Spa, but it's no longer reasonable. Part of the joy of going to a spa is the facilities. The prices are higher, reasonably so, than going to an independent skincare studio or massage therapist, because it's an experience--showers, soaking facilities, sauna. For example, 90 minutes deep tissue with my very experienced massage therapist at their office is $110, at the Salish it's $260 for 80 minutes--so double+ the price for a little less (without tip).

But they recently changed their policy that you need to pay extra for use of the spa facility, and your time is limited. According to the website, it's $50 to use the facilities with your service, for only 50 minutes. Per my phone inquiry, I was quoted $55 for an hour. An 80-minute spa-experience massage is now more than $300 before tip. Surely you jest.

There are other full-service spas in the area, like Olympus, which is not as fancy but has much more space and many more amenities, their 80-minute massage + facility fee is less than $200. No time limit either. I also don't see other high-end spas like the Four Seasons charging for facilities usage for customer receiving treatments as their prices were already on par with the Salish (before facility fee). Salish, I will miss you.

I'm getting married this coming June. My wife and I decided to choose Salish for our honeymoon stay. I called them and I asked a number of specific questions including room conditions and early check-in time. The staff member I talked to, Jacey, was very kind and patient to answer them all and even offered more useful pieces of information than what I literally asked. My wife and I are looking forward to staying in this place. We'll leave a review after we come back from honeymoon!

This a very nice hotel. Large airy bedrooms. 4pm check in is a bit late. Ate dinner at the Attic in the hotel. The food was excellent, but huge portions. The service from Damon was impeccable. "Real" valet parking includes handling baggage. Overall a really nice experience. Fabulous views of the falls. I expected more of a traditional mountain lodge rather than modern decor but it was nicely done.

The one star is for their extremely rude valet attendant named Bryson, the short guy with the glasses. I got a gift certificate to the hotel and wanted to check it out so we decided to stop by for lunch to check out the hotel. This Bryson BULLY tried every angle to discourage us from parking, but we were hungry and I wanted to see the place. His tone was insane and a horrible representation of the lodge.

That is not the greeting anyone wants when they pull up to the hotel for the first time! He told us the restaurant wait was an hour and half, the host at the restaurant told us 45 min to an hour, ok. Im not sure if this guy was a racist or had an issue with me having a kid with me, but who the F does he think he is?! I honestly don't even want to go back and use my gift certificate if I have to see this person again.

We had to rush home because of an emergency, while my husband is trying to buckle my daughter in, he's in his face asking about lunch, not once, not twice, but three times, with no mask on! Back up, stop talking to us, and get away from my unvaccinated toddler! When did valet start thinking it was ok to harass people like this? RUDE! Also, if you look at my review history, I've had events at the Claremont in Berkeley (now Fairmont), the Woodmark, and the Four Seasons.

I will never have an event at The Salish Lodge, I don't want to risk my guests being treated the way Bryson treated my family. Horrible, horrible representation of the business. Extremely unprofessional.

Understaffed and unfortunately service was inconsistent. Would we come back again? Probably not. It's a nice view and the rooms are very modern, but nothing really sticks out as exceptional. Customer service took a hit and is what you expect now during Covid times I guess. Drove several hours specifically for a spa weekend with a scheduled massage and facials, but the facial technician called out sick the day of.

All other services were limited or not available. Attempting to salvage the spa experience we sought the club 268 pool and sauna, but were told it was at capacity and to try back in an hour. Front desk management were understanding when we requested to check out a day early. Staff were apologetic but there just wasn't anything to do. Overall a disappointing weekend. Salish offered services that they unfortunately could not deliver. Luckily they understood our frustration and let us check out early as well as reimburse our club 268 fee. They did right by that at least.

One of my most favorite spots on Washington. An incredible Lodge for staying a few nights. Upscale with spectacular service. Spa is amazing but book early! Along with it the Dining room is a great place for Brunch or for Dinner. Highly recommend making a reservation early here too. Finally there is the wonderful fall. Of course familiar to those who know Twin Peaks, even if you don't please visit and take the time to just take this spectacular waterfall.

Also of note is you can walk down to the base via a 1/2 mile hike. Not a hard hike but note it's a fairly steep grade and can be a challenge to get up for some. There are many places to rest though which is good.

We have celebrated many special occasions here and it's already a total delight. We experienced the newly renovated rooms at our last visit. We live the soak tubs and fireplaces. This time there was a beautiful snow and they lit the fire pits outside!

My family stayed here for Christmas Eve/Day. We all really enjoyed it. The special Christmas menu at The Dining Room at $139/pp was worth every penny. I'm very picky and had no complaints over the food. Rooms are comfortable. The falls are beautiful and there is a lovely trail outside to enjoy. Best holiday ever!

I have wanted to come here for a while as I used to work in Snoqualmie for a while and always told myself I'd try but never got around to it. I finally got to go with my fiancee and it was delicious! It was very ambient and a very festive as we went in December a couple weeks before Christmas. It's very beautiful decorated on the inside with a great view of the mountains that surround this place.

My fiancee and I ordered ordered a round of mini donuts which were the special of the day, and we also got the crab Benedict and the Kimchee pork belly hash. They were all very flavorful and well seasoned, and so delicious! We greatly enjoyed the experience and will for sure be back at some point.

What a wonderful getaway. Staff is wonderful. Entire facility is spotless Pay to stay on the spa floor. The benefits are well worth the expense. Wine and cheese at 5:30 for spa floor was exceptional and was not like other complimentary servings at other hotels. This was excellent Had dinner in the dining room. Great views. Very good staff! Started with the parsnip soup that was incredible!

And a must have. Next the house salad which has their signature honey dressing which perfectly compliments the wonderful fresh greens. The wine and champagne selections were excellent The bread with olive oil, balsamic and an edible burning candle is a fantastic and flavorful presentation s Salmon was prepared perfectly with lentils, cilantro, harissa sauce and more. Fantastic!

The scallops were fantastic with a selection of charred mushrooms and a butternut squash (I think) puree which complimented the scallops perfectly. The Brussels Sprouts are crispy fried and frankly not our favorite. Very good, just not our favorit hi We finished with the cherry pie and flower less chocolate cake. Both amazing. We r back for breakfast and was equally as happy Honey from the sky on fresh biscuits is wonderful on presentation and flavors.

The avocado toast is without question the best we have f egg vet had and a huge portion Classic breakfast was perfectly prepared and served. Staff was equally amazing We are excited to come back soon.

What's really great about the Salish Lodge is how quiet it is. Staying at the Salish Lodge is a great local getaway and the services at the Spa are wonderful. Though it's so close to Seattle, it feels like you're miles away once you've settled in at the Lodge. The only area of improvement that I could suggest to the management is that the restaurant is just okay.

When staying at the Lodge, it just makes sense to dine at the restaurant there. However, the sophistication of the dishes and the level of service have been less than what I would expect given the high bar set by the accommodations and services provided in other parts of the Salish Lodge. Note to the Salish Lodge Management: Want to see what a GREAT dining experience feels like? Check out Copine restaurant in Ballard.

Virgin blackberry mule had lovely complex flavors. Shelryn was a delightful server. Dungeness crab Cobb salad had heaps of crab, great baby heirloom tomatoes, shrimp, and real bacon - thick and diced. Seafood chowder was full of flavor and texture. Burger was incredibly good with a generous portion of bacon. It was worth the wait.

First off, it's pretty sad how Ashley feels that she needs to bring race into the review of this place. No, you're not special, you're not the only black person on the planet. We were just there and saw plenty of other ethnicities. None of them were running around looking for racists. Get over yourself and keep your narrow views in TX.

We had an amazing time, me my wife and my best friend and his wife stayed there. We all had an extremely relaxing time. 5 Star everything. The food, drinks and views were all top notch. Double headed showers, comfortable beds, and most importantly. Super friendly and accommodating staff. From the complementary valet to the Spa, this place is one of the nicest resorts in the NW for a reason. Thank you Salish for a wonderful time, we will be back many more times.
