This was my first massage with Anne T and she listened to me before the massage as well as during the massage and adjusted her techniques accordingly to give me a great massage. She let me know what was coming so I wasn't surprised when, for instance, she was adding heated stones. I wish we weren't just visiting or I would come back often.
Sara is amazing! She not only does my massages, but my husband as well. Given we are very different in what works for us, I'm so impressed with how Sara is able to intuitively cater to each of our needs individually. I really couldn't imagine going anywhere else.

Where do I start?? Anna was PHENOMINAL! I have had so many aches and pains these past few weeks and needed to get some relief! When Rianne first moved here, it was a struggle to find a place where she fit in. Too many establishments were concerned about the bottom line with no focus on the client or therapist experience. Therapists were expected to work back to back appointments, 50 minute services, and/or 6-7 appointments in a day. She didn't struggle in these situations because she is lazy or didn't want to work, what she found lacking was the opportunity to connect and build relationships with her clients. There was very little time to even check in with them at the beginning of the appointment to find out what their needs were.
Our signature massage is the "go-to" massage for most people. You'll discuss any particular issue or concern you have with your therapist and they'll employ the best tools from their individual "tool box" to address your needs. No two people are alike and no two massages should be either. A variety of techniques may be employed including relaxation, deep tissue manipulation, myofascial therapy, orthopedic massage. Aromatherapy or hydrotherapy in the form of a heat pack, hot stones, or hot towels may be used.
