Critical: Professionalism, Quality The employees that helped me was little too talkative and a little too intrusive. To top it off the horrible experience, she smelled like smoke. It was disgusting!

If you want a serene, and stress melting facial experience, Kamela is your girl. She is so personable, and makes you feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. There have been times that we chat throughout, or if I prefer a more quiet, she honors the session that I need. She checks in every time to make sure the hot towel and steam are at comfortable temperatures. And she has me hooked on the products that she uses! The entire staff is wonderful and I look forward to my visit every time.

I have facials at Renewal and Camela does a wonderful job. I also like the products she uses - made from natural ingredients that leave your skin looking and feeling wonderfully.

Ronda did an amazing job. Very thorough and listened to me about my problem areas. I will definitely come back again.
