Relaxation Works Wellness Center and Spa

First time ever getting massage and man was it a amazing experience. Left feeling lite. Had a pain on my shoulder blade and now its gone. Thank u to my babe and Megan the massage therapist for the great experience.

Typically I am not one to post negative reviews because I think that everyone should post positive reviews to help small businesses out in the area. However I scheduled two body scrubs at the facility and added on to 45 minute massages to follow the body scrubs. I found out the day prior at 2 o'clock in the afternoon that my sitter would not be able to get my daughter off the bus at 2:30.

So I politely reached out to the company and let them know that I would have to cancel only the additional massage. However we would still be coming in for the scrubs. A woman named Debbie Decided to charge my card $65 for modify not cancelling my appt. I called to find out why they would charge me a cancellation fee when I did not cancel my appointment I just had to change the services that I was requesting to alleviate the time that I was able to spend at the facility.

I would highly recommend that no one does business with this company and that no one even steps foot inside of the facility unless you'd like to be charged for things that do not fall under the criteria in which they state they have a policy for.

I had an amazing massage by Megan she was able to target my problems areas and really help me feel much better she asked questions and listed and did a great job making e feel comfortable and her massage was done with good intentions and I could tell. I had a Day of Wellness today and it was AMAZING. The body scrub was great, the massage and reflexology was perfect. Everything was spectacular. I was very pleased with the service. The place was super clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back.

Had a glow facial with Sam today. wonderful experience. This was the best facial I've ever had Sam was extremely knowledgeable and was able to provide me with advice on how to care for my skin going forward. Angela is amazing! She was able to target my problem areas and give me some relief from my pain. I felt completely relaxed and refreshed upon leaving. Beautiful, peaceful spa with so much to offer. Kristen, the spa owner, is extremely knowledgeable and truly a wonderful woman!

Felt welcome from the moment I walked through the door. Massage was wonderful and Kim was an excellent and intuitive therapist. Will be back!

I visited for the first time today and the experience was fantastic. The ambiance is super calming, Kim did a great job and the ladies at the front desk were so kind. I highly recommend treating yourself to a massage here.

Absolutely love every experience I have had here getting a massage! It is so clean and amazing inside and completely spotless. I decided to get a facial here for the first time and was blown away at how amazing and glowing my skin is after my "glowing facial" today. Visited Relaxation Works for a ZenLift facial and jelly mask with Sam C. It was my first facial at the spa so Sam and I reviewed my goals. The facial I selected includes facial cupping that completely opened my sinuses and Gua Sha that helped to smooth my skin. Sam was wonderful and has a fantastic touch! Looking forward to starting a monthly routine.

Megan is amazing! Have been there twice now for prenatal massages and can't wait for my next appointment!

I have had massages here several times and continue to come back. They are responsive to my concerns and my massage therapist has been great! I don't care for some of their policies (they charge 1/2 of fee for canceling an appt. when I was very sick last month) NOT too happy about that! But my massage therapist is very good!

I have been going to relaxation works for over 10years. I started when it was just Kristen. I was initially disappointed that Kristen wasn't doing massages herself anymore but I have been more than satisfied with every massage since. My current favorites for my issues are Andrea, Meghan and Becca. I've been through PT and Neurologist and my only relief from pain and numbness in my arms and back have been my weekly visits to Relaxation Works.

I can't thank them enough. I love firm pressure and they know how to get in there without hurting me. I also use Kristen's skin care line and I LOVE how my skin looks. I'm a client for life!

Becca is wonderful and attentive to your aches and pains. She is strong and provides an excellent massage. She is a real benefit to Relaxation Works team!

Rebecca was really great today, and really put in the extra effort to help ease the pain/tension in my upper back and neck. She was also very gentle, and soothing. I love Relaxation Works, and wish I could go all the time! Its worth it!

Had an amazing experience here both times I've visited. My massage today, from Nicki, was hands down the best massage I've ever gotten. And I've gotten a lot of massages. The ultimate relaxation. I'll definitely be back again soon!

I have had two sessions with Jade and I couldn't be more impressed. I have chronic pain and a lot muscle issues esp in my right shoulder. I was talked to in depth at my first appt and my second session was alittle bit longer and I got everything I asked for in regards to pain and relaxation. My injury won't cure over night but I finally found a home for all sorts of what they have to offer.

The owner also responds fast to customers and I look forward to meeting her someday! I highly recommend this to anyone who enjoys a high standard of care and customer service!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I received a massage here about a week ago, I was extremely excited. The reviews made it seem amazing. BUT they were completely unprofessional. I was burnt from the hot stones and was injured during the massage.

I cannot begin to describe how incredible this place is! I literally have recommended every single friend of mine to come and try this place out, and most now have a monthly membership. I love the fact that each staff member has their own style & bag of tricks. One session I had with Julie I received massage, acupressure and some cupping. I was also able to add on some Reiki, and let me tell you, I was nothing but a wet noodle after that.

Another therapist, Andrea, is certified in pre/post natal massages. I have been to a few other places where they do not let you book an appointment during your first trimester but that is not the case here. Having someone who is trained specifically in mamas is a valuable tool during pregnancy! Being able to receive specialized treatment throughout my 9 months was a godsend.

This spa is exceptional if you are in need of a massage to relax, a facial for a girls day out, bodywork for chronic pain, yoga classes to get the crazies out. They also offer cupping, hot stones, Reiki healing, Chinese body treatments, deep tissue work, Thai yoga massages, QiGong, meditation and have a ton of workshops throughout the year to try out.

They are open 7 days a week and their appointments run as late as 8pm which is so convenient when you have a crazy schedule like I do. Relaxation Works has literally become my wellness home. I cannot begin to express how much it has helped me when I was trying to get pregnant, when I was dealing with an extremely stressful job, and when my back was just not cooperating. Now I go monthly to keep my mind clear & relaxed and to take care of any cobwebs or kinks that pop up from time to time.

Yaaaaaaaaas! This place is magic and Jade is nothing short of amazing. After popping Advil like tic tacs for a week, enough was enough. Came in with seriously tense back muscles and a pain in my neck thanks to long days at the office. Jade was able to work all that tension out - I don't know how, but this petite wizard of her craft made it happen. These ladies listen to your needs and over deliver. Do your body a solid and book some time here. Treat yourself!

I had my first massage here today and I loved it! Cute and cozy place. Angela was really welcoming and professional. I bought some facial oil on an earlier occasion when I brought a client here and I like it a lot.

Had a prenatal massage with Andrea. She did a great job! I have been struggling with sciatic pain being almost 7 months pregnant, so I was hoping a prenatal massage would help. Andrea took the time to go over everything with me prior to beginning the massage. She also made sure to check in with me frequently throughout the entire thing. She made sure to focus on my problem area due to the pregnancy, but also make it relaxing.

I would definitely recommend Andrea for anyone out there currently pregnant, even if you aren't struggling with much pain! I immediately booked my next appointment with Andrea before I left the studio.

Relaxation Works is a top class holistic center. I have been receiving sessions there for a little over a year now, and these are the only massage therapists who have helped alleviate my rheumatological disease related chronic pain. The center is visually beautiful, warm & welcoming. The staff members are the best, very professional & friendly, including clerical staff.

Phone calls always answered in a timely fashion. Massage therapists are highly skilled, I always feel so well taken care of. The monthly meditation class and monthly Reiki Share are always wonderful experiences. Kris' line of facial care products are wonderful. Had a body scrub and massage with Jade on Friday. It was great. Jade asked me my preferences, what areas she should particularly focus on and made me feel very comfortable. The scrub made my skin feel very silky and the massage definitely relaxed me and made me feel great afterwards. Definitely recommend Relaxation Works Massage and Jade as a technician.

Kristen is the best! She really takes her time to get to know the whole you and zeroes in on what is bothering you the most. She uses so many different techniques to alleviate your pain. I have a monthly membership with her, and I usually visit more than once a month! She often has a little wait line to see her, but once you visit, you will know why! Also, if you sign up for her emails, she sends a message of available appointments for the week. I would most definitely recommend Relaxation Works to everyone!

I had my first massage with kristen today. The space was relaxing and peaceful. She was friendly, upfront and made me feel very comfortable. The massage itself was the best i have had. What can I say Kristen did a great job taking care of my very tired back and arms. What I loved about her massage are all the little extras she added to the session like the hot packs, warm core stones on my back. I even had a warm towel under my neck to help with my head ache. Kristen is my go to massage therapist when I am in the Taunton area.

I had heard about Raindrop but never really understood what it was about or even knew that it involved essential oils. I was so pleased with my experience with Kris as a therapist and the raindrop technique as a healing modality that offered relief for my aching legs and swollen ankles. I have always suffered from swollen ankles since I was in my 30's.
