Present your gift card or e-gift card at time of service; the available balance will be applied towards your retail purchase of spa products and services. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash and if lost, stolen or damaged, will not be replaced. If your gift card remains inactive for 12 consecutive months, a service charge of $3.00 per month will be deducted from its balance until the card is depleted. If after 5 years there is still a balance left on an inactive card, the leftover balance is no longer valid.

A year ago I booked a couples massage through Radiance. I had always had great experiences there prior. The day of the couples massage they called to let me know that one masseuse had called in sick and that one of us could take a facial appointment instead. I decided to take the facial since my fiance didn't want it. I wasn't offered a discount on it or anything. Then, today I had a facial and massage booked for relaxation before my wedding in 3 days.
This morning I received a call, and yet again, my masseuse called in sick. This time I was not offered anything in return. I was only placed on a list to call me if something opens up soon. I came in for my facial and no discount was applied to my facial or offer to cover my upcoming massage. It has now been 2 years since my last massage because Radiance has called off my massage the day of twice in a row. Both of my facials were performed by Nicole and she was very nice, informative, and a wonderful technician. I would recommend her to anyone.

Last week I had a spa get away. To start with I had a manicure, and pedicure. Jessica was amazing! Super sweet, and her work is amazing. Then I enjoyed a light spa lunch. Not sure if the food was in house made, or if it was ordered in, but it was delicious. I then enjoyed my prenatal massage. For being 9 months pregnant my masseuse Janae did such an excellent job keeping me comfortable, and enjoying my massage. Lastly I had my first facial with Tori. She was amazing. Over all I cannot wait to have a spa get away again.
