I was once asked how I would describe what I do to someone I just met. I didn't have a clue how to describe what it is that I do! Yes, I do massage ~ and so much more. With the unique blending of massage, essential oils, Reiki and connecting to Spirit, I allow you the space to open your heart to a deeper level so you can co-create your own therapy & healing. I also believe anyone can learn Reiki ~ that we have the gift buried deep in our cellular memory and sometimes just need a jump start to begin the process.

The BioMat is a "pad" which lies on top of a massage table or your home mattress. It converts electricity through a computerized control panel, produced with Texas Instruments parts, into Far Infrared Rays (FIR), nature's invisible light. FIR was discovered by NASA to be the safest, most beneficial light wave.

REIKI is translated from Japanese as "Universal Life Force". It is the creative energy of life in everything around us. It is our connectedness to our Divine Source. Reiki is a natural means of healing and brings harmony to all areas of our life. In these classes you will learn to use this ancient hands-on healing technique and reconnect with the Universal Life Force for healing the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies. During a session the practitioner's hands may feel like mini heating pads.
