PROCare Physical Therapy is a family owned and operated Physical Therapy Clinic, serving the greater Milwaukee area. We currently have clinics in New Berlin and Greenfield. Our Aquatic Therapy is based only out of our New Berlin Physical Therapy Clinic though. There are several different types of Medicare plans out there, and they each cover different things. There are two specific ways that you can get coverage through Medicare, one of which is Original Medicare. Original Medicare includes Medicare Part A and Medicare Part B. The second option that you have is a Medicare Advantage Plan, otherwise known as Medicare Part C. Depending on which Medicare plan you select, in addition to the supplemental insurance policies, your coverage will include different things.

PROCare PT has been the best PT experience I've had in my entire life. I've been to quite a few PT clinics in my life time but working with Dave Tranchita and his staff, I never realized how good PT can be. His knowledge, therapy technique and concern about his patients is the best I've experienced. I had stem cell therapy on my knee and shoulder and Dave's expertise with physical therapy for stem cell therapy is second to none since it requires a special type of PT vs normal PT for surgical procedures on both. Aaryan was very helpful working with me in the therapy pool they have access to at the Princeton Club next door and providing me exercises to do on my own in the pool. The entire staff was always courteous, friendly and helpful. Thank you!

It's nice to see the new Aquatic Therapy Benefits/information that I gave Shannon has been updated and posted under our Services. Also to correct a sentence posted, A patient will have only 1 therapist and an Aide working with them, not 2 therapists. There is only 1 Therapist, Aaryan, that performs the aquatic Bad Ragaz and Watsu moves. Hope the patients continue to enjoy their treatments.

My husband and I have seen Dave and his staff for the past 5 years on an as-needed basis with consistent proven positive results. We are both active people that occasionally incur sports-related injuries that need PT and any other helpful modalities to return us to our activities. Dave and his staff have always provided spot-on treatments including dry-needling.
I won't deny that it has some discomfort however it is only for a millisecond with almost instant relief where other home-remedy treatments have failed. PROCare will always be our standard therapy care center when needed. By the way, I am 59 and have been a runner since age 26. Running is part of my DNA and PROCare works with me to keep me on my feet no matter what age or issue I have. Give them a try!

It has been 2 months since my last session with PROCare. I am happy to say that with the excellent care I received from Physical Therapists, David and Julie Tranchita, my back and sciatica leg pain is gone. When I initially came to their office, I could not sit in a car or in a chair without being in extreme pain. During the initial treatment, consisting of dry needling and manual manipulation, my acute pain with muscle spasms were addressed.
I was shown exercises that strengthen my abs and glutes; therefore, keeping the chronic back pain and sciatica in check and preventing a relapse. I would highly recommend PROCare.

I highly recommend Pro Care Physical Therapy for the outstanding personal care from the entire staff. You are given a private room for your care and are treated with respect. I have worked with Julie Tranchita, PT since 2015 on a number of acute and chronic pain issues. Julie is the best physical therapist I have ever had in 20 years. In 2016 I was suffering from peripheral neuropathy of my feet, and had pain and numbness walking as well as driving which made it difficult to feel the gas and brake pedals. Julie my PT was able to analyze my neuropathy and use specialized manual therapy techniques she learned over many years working in hospitals to release my entrapment neuropathy and I'm free of the numbness and pain, walking and driving with no problems and have no need for pain medication.
