Parisian Salon Day Spa

I brought my 87 year old mom to get her 6 week hair cut. The owner is the only one she allows to touch her hair lol. She's been going there for years. They take very good care of my mom which is super important especially because she is elderly. This is an A+ place to get services.

I've been going to Parisian for 40 years getting cuts, hair color, blowouts &, at one-time, permanents. I have always been extremely pleased with the results. Their stylists are the best- extremely competent in what the do!

I've gone to a different professional at each visit, because not one person ever cut my hair the way I instructed. To start, I have fine, straight hair, and on a day to day basis I do not use any product. My very simple instructions are always to cut a few inches, ending at my collar bone. Each time the "professionals" have cut much shorter than my ask, to the point where I can't even pull it all back into a pony tail if I want.

They instead cut my hair the way they think it should be, and always ignore the fact that I am not someone who styles their hair or uses any styling products. I have tried at least 5 different "professionals" here but the last was the absolute worst and happened to be the owner. I will never go back. They have a very elitist attitude, and in my experiences always ignore my request and cut my hair the way they thought it should be instead of what I actually wanted.

Excellent salon! Parisian is exceptionally clean, the staff friendly, caring, accommodating and expert at all aspects of hair care. Sebastian does my hair and he is terrific, however, I have observed the other stylists over the 25+ years I have been a client and they are all excellent. I have also used the spa for manicures and pedicures and found it to be excellent as well.

Went in for a pedicure and body wrap. The nail tech was polite, efficient and did a wonderful job. The body wrap was a first time experience for me, the woman performing the service was incredibly professional and made sure I was comfortable throughout the service. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed and with super soft skin

I have been having my hair done at Parisian for 55 years. From my first bob at 4 years old, to my first highlights and then full gray color coverage in my 20s, 30s and 40s. Over the years I have had at least 6 different stylists and have never had any concern about who was in charge of my "look". They're all fabulous. Sebastian hires only the best and if you're not the best, Parisian is not the salon for you.

I now live in Florida and (except for this period of Covid-19) have been traveling to CT every 6 months for a haircut and spiral perm. WHY? Why spend almost $1,000 in travel costs 2-3 times a year (for the last 8 years) to have my hair done at Parisian in Cromwell CT? Because they are the BEST! I have never walked out of Parisian not feeling absolutely beautiful and pampered and appreciated. The stylists are amazingly knowledgeable and courteous. Take the time, spend the money and visit Parisian if you haven't already. They're worth it and so are you.
