Wonderful facial and massage - I was lucky to get a quick appointment while traveling to DC. Most facials are mainly relaxing, but after a session with Ms. Alexander, my skin looked great and I could see a real difference.

Just recieved a 60 minute deep tissue massage from Bill and I give my expirence a 10 out of 10. Bill was attentive to all my needs, had excellent technique and great pressure. He also offered helpful tips for me to try at home to help elevate pain on my own. The front staff was incredible friendly. I will 100% be coming back for more massages and would recommend this place to anyone!

I LOVED my massage with Bill at Paris Alexander Day Spa a few months back! The spa is so relaxing and cozy. But my favorite part of the experience was working with Bill. He is the best masseuse I've ever worked with. Before the massage, Bill and I sat down and he asked about my goals for the massage, where I felt pain, which muscle groups I'd like to get extra work on, etc.

The sit-down was maybe 5 minutes but it made all the difference in making me feel more comfortable during the whole massage experience. The massage itself was amazing. I was incredibly relaxed for days afterward. COVID-wise, I felt very safe. The staff was masked and Bill made sure to ask about my COVID comfort level, which I really appreciated. 5/5 stars for sure. I'll be back as soon as I can!

Paris Alexander Day Spa Team members are simply the best in town. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a tranquil experience. Their staff will treat you immense care. Please stop by their Dupont Circle location. Seriously, one of the most best kept secrets in town! Love them! And you're going to love them too!

Paris was very thorough in asking me questions about my regimen and treatments and made personalized recommendations. I started noticing a difference in my skin within days. Such a welcoming and relaxing space in the city.

I really don't want others to know how great this spa is, but it would be selfish to keep it all to myself. The staff and clinicians are top notch - kind from the moment you enter, always working to squeeze you in when needed, and really thoughtful about your individual facial needs. Great facial. Super relaxing. I felt like my skin was a little red and inflamed for a day or two after, but by day three it was glowing. Book your appointments pretty far in advance! Paris is good and she books up quick!

I've been going to Paris for about 3 years now every 3-4 months and could not be happier. My sensitive skin changed becoming even more sensitive that after seeing Paris earlier this year, it felt like it was on fire. She was very understanding and instructed me on how to cool things down. 4 months later she adjusted the products she normally would used and we adjusted face cream I was using at home and I tell you what, my baby face is back! So glad to have a knowledgeable esthetician care for my skin.

I have been going to Paris every month since February and the results have been amazing. She truly has gifted hands and only does what's best for the skin. She customizes each facial based on any concerns I might be having. Since I have started going to her consistently I get a lot of compliments on my skin. She has transformed my skin to where I can confidently wear no makeup. Additionally, the products she recommends are top notch and work wonders. You can see and feel the difference with the products she recommends. You will not be disappointed!.

I was excited to try this day spa based on the rave reviews and attempted to make an appointment online but got a call from a staff person two days later saying none of the multiple backup dates or times I put down was available. Didn't offer any other times or try to assist me with booking, simply hung up. An online booking system that blocks out unavailable dates and/or a little more initiative in customer service would be helpful. I hope to try again in the future but my initial engagement left me underwhelmed.

My boyfriend got me the works package for Valentine's day with lunch included! I had an awesome body wrap and massage with Benny and then my first ever facial with Paris! I left out of there feeling so relaxed and great! Friendly staff and relaxing atmosphere! A great spa in DC!
