Pamela Jean Massage and Spa is based on healing, improving health, and quality of life through massage and spa treatments. Everyone wants to feel better after a work out. Sometimes accidents happen at work or in our car, and massage therapy offers much in the healing process. It's been shown that people heal faster from accidents with massage than without it.
I have been trained in Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue, Bowen NST, and Shiatsu (Acupressure), Sports Massage, and Certified in Spa treatments.
I am a member of the American Massage Therapy Association AMTA and am nationally certified through the NCBTMB's (National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Body Work) national certification program.
