Baylee provided the best and most comfortable eyelash extension and extension experience of my entire life. She was so gentle and didn't make it feel invasive at all. I struggle with people touching around my eyes but Baylee made it so comfortable that I actually fell asleep. I will be going back. Service: Eyelash extensions

I am super dissatisfied with this place. I got my lashes done on the 18th of March & within the week, they all started to fall out! I have no more lashes left! I called to cancel the refill appt. They will no longer have me as a client & I am beyond angry about the price I spent for them to fall out. They did nothing to make it better. I am so mad that I wasted money & my time.
Let alone, the lash tech walked out 3x during the appt for a good while & did not even attempt to speak to me during this appt. I am telling others to NOT come here & waste their money. This place is cheap & does not care about you.

I went to get a massage & I'm impressed, the staff was helpful, welcoming & knowledgeable. The rooms were so relaxing and had a super cute set up. Ken was my masseuse, he was professional, kind & really good! I'm a really tense person & have a hard time relaxing, the deep massage really helped break it up & I really do feel so relaxed , feels good .
I just wanted to say thank you & I look forward to my next appointment next month. So if you've been thinking about going in & taking care of you, what are you waiting for? Had Microneedling done with Lux! She is the sweetest, and super professional and comfortable to talk to and ask questions. Things like this can be intimidating and Lux was so knowledgeable and made me feel really taken care of. (Plus she plays great tunes ) After my first visit she was very detailed on after-care and gave me a little after care package to take home!
I would definitely recommend microneedling with Lux! The 'healing 'process was fast. and i would say it is worth it to get the LED treatment as an ad-on. it really helped with soothing any mild stinging or irritation. After about 5 days my skin felt and looked brand new! Just had my second appointment and can't wait to see the results this time. I'm so happy i found this place AND Lux. Looking forward to trying out other services here as well!

I get my lashes done here weekly. There has been good and bad. One complaint I have is the scheduling double standard. They rescheduled me twice in one week and I still paid full price, yet if you cancel on them with less than 24 hours notice you pay full price. Life happens to everyone! This is a ridiculous policy. My lashes are always beautiful, but only seem to last 4-5 days which is frustrating especially for how much they cost. the techs have always been great.
The facility is okay, the beds are super uncomfortable. My legs always fall asleep even after the 30 minute appointment. I haven't had this issue at other local spas. The beauty products are expensive, i bought the same size/ brands on Amazon for 20 dollars less. Otherwise the receptionists do pretty good, some of my appointments were booked for the wrong amount of time, but they are very kind. I have always been able to get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time which is also nice.

This place is unbelievable! I have had massages, eyelash extensions and facials so far. I can't wait to try the micro blading and teeth whitening. Alicia is 100% professional and I couldn't be happier with my lashes. I was a bit nervous getting them for the 1st time and wanted them to look natural. I have to say they really do! Thank you so much Alicia and for making me feel comfortable in your chair.

The first picture I'm sharing is from the day I got them done, I loved Sammy, she was extremely nice and thoughtful! However I did not like the fact that they were supposed to last more than 2 weeks and they barely lasted a week. I'm honestly so very disappointed because I was completely excited about having my eyelashes done for the first time ever.
I looked up tips and tricks to make them last longer and I even bought goggles so my eyelashes wouldn't get wet at all and they still didn't last. Maybe everyone should go elsewhere if they want their lashes to last.

***UPDATE**** While my lashes seemed great for the price, they fell out so fast. Appt was on Thursday and by Monday I had no lashes on my right eye. By Wednesday, i had no lashes at all. I took care of them just like I've done in the past from other places, but it's never been like this before. Usually it takes 10-14 days and i start needing a fill.
For them to completely disappear in a few days. no! CHEAP! Previous review: Seamless process, appointment accommodation same week, good job with the classic lash set I received. Look forward to another good experience getting a fill soon.

I Came in for a full set of eyelashes yesterday and walked out with a job half done. The full set took a total of 45 min, I've never heard of a full new set taking so little time. Her name was Abby and she was either in a huge rush or didn't even care. When she pulled the tape off and said she was done I was shocked and didn't really know what to do.
The lady at the front charged me for a full set and said they looked great and sent me on my way. This place is a joke! I will never go back! When I was able to look at them in the mirror I saw that only the center of my eyes were done and the sides were completely bare. They were only half way finished! Seriously stay away from this place. If you want a full completed set of eyelashes, go elsewhere.
