I received classic lash extensions from Kristina and she did a wonderful job. My previous lash tech at a different location did not take her time placing them which made them very uncomfortable. Kristina was very patient, professional, and informative, which was a relief since this is only my second time getting lash extensions. I highly recommend Neu Aesthetics!

Super clean and inviting atmosphere, the products they have are brands I know to be gentle on my skin as well as the environment, and Nina gave me the best, least uncomfortable Brazilian wax I have ever had. I've never looked forward to a wax before, but I'm pumped for my next one!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value I went to see Nina for a Brazilian and oh my goodness, best service I've ever had. Not only is she thorough and quick but she makes you feel so comfortable. I will definitely be going back as a regular. Not only was Nina great but all the staff I talked to were so nice and down to earth.

My very first time getting a Brazilian wax was here. Marsha was my waxer she took very good care of me! It was a great experience and she did a wonderful job. If it's your first time for a Brazilian or Bikini wax I recommend Marsha at Neu Spa in Charleston. She goes step by step of what she's doing and makes it a comfortable experience. You can also talk to her or if u want to rant she's your girl. Thanks so much for a great experience! Definitely coming back
