Received my first real massage by this place and definitely will not be my last, amazing staff and beautiful location

My girlfriends and I have been making a girls spa day an annual tradition for a few years now and every time has been amazing. The staff is very attentive and explain everything every step of the way. Always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed.

I got the reflexology foot pedicure. It was okay. Nothing special like I thought it would be. She did a good pedicure but the massage part was like any other nail place. I was offered water at check in and that was it. I asked for a mimosa and it was never brought to me. No one asked me if I wanted water at all after that. I didn't feel catered too like all the reviews say.

My girl was definitely sweet and I enjoyed her company but I didn't sign up for $75 pedicure for the company. I wanted to be wowed so badly but definitely was not. I only came because I had a $50 gift card.$125 was my total at the end. Insane for the service I got. I went to a little reflexology massage place right after to get my foot massage I wanted and it was amazing and they gave me a cold bottle of water at the end for $38 bucks The service i received at Muses was a basic nail place with a basic little foot rub. I definitely wasn't impressed or felt any different than when I go to those quick nail shops.

Went for an hour long full body massage today (May 14, 2022). First time exploring this place. My masseur Trish had fingernails that were not appropriately trimmed. As a result, it was impossible to relax or feel comfortable at all. She was scratching my face and body with her sharp nails during whole massage session. I wish prosperity to this place and hope that business owner will see this post and coach employees on such basic but crucial to massage matter.

Why did I choose 5 Stars. Gabriel. He is amazing! Such attention to detail. and so professional. I was a mess and he really listened to me and my body! The treatment I had was the deep tissue message. Gabriel is a great addition to Muses! I'll be back and we'll definitely ask for Gabriel! I have already given his name out to several of my friends! Really knows what he's doing! Thank you. You won't be disappointed!

Tried other facilities (chain franchise) & discovered they are NOT full service SPAs. Muses is the BEST! First class treatment of clients, offering great amenities, & truly professional services! My permanent go to place to de-stress & relax! Thank you to Muses Team!

Overall beautiful clean facility. Friendly staff. Came on my birthday, I decided to treat myself to a little self care as a stay at home mom. So I was hoping for a special experience. The only downside was I wasn't offered a robe or slippers. Maybe they don't offer slippers, but I saw other guests with robes and felt everyone should've offered one no matter the treatment since they're choosing a Spa for that special "full spa experience" I did the pod treatment, sauna, and shower. Would've enjoyed using the lounge but Didn't feel as comfortable using lounge with just a towel wrapped around me.

Today was my third time at Muses but first time for a massage. Does anyone have recommendations of who they prefer for their massage as mine was just ok?

Went in to get a gift card for a couple style massage and had the friendliest conversation with the lady in front desk who helped me out through the whole thing. I had no ideas what I was doing but most definitely above and beyond with them.

Good service by massage therapist, and calming environment, with the caveat that your robes are not size inclusive, and the slippers provided were too narrow to fit comfortably. Had I decided to use the robe, I am not convinced it would have covered me modestly. It was disappointing and frustrating to not be able to change out of street clothes or take a hot shower after my massage.

Since your robes are not size inclusive, I have to assume that neither are your towels. Bath sheets would be an excellent addition to the spa. Additionally, it would be prudent to train your therapists to confirm any allergies before massage begins. I requested CBD as an add on, only to find out after the massage that it contained Eucalyptus, which I am allergic to.

The woman behind the desk who checked me out had an underwhelming response upon finding out I had encountered an allergy. I honestly expected more concern on her part. I'm dissatisfied that I paid to add something on which I turned out to be allergic to, had to race home and shower to get the product off of my body. The menu page I looked at for services did not mention this as an additive to the CBD.

My bride went and this was her response to me via text, "Thank you! I have no words! That was such an incredible experience! Thank you babe!" Think that about sums it up.

The building is beautiful and the staff is very nice and attentive. As a customer you feel welcome and well taken care of. I had a 90 minute Swedish massage. It was the best massage I've ever had. There isn't always parking in the front of the building, but you can park on the side of the building near the police station. They also have additional parking underground if necessary. I would definitely recommend Muses Day Spa to anyone who was interested in a relaxing massage, it is well worth the money.

Because the spa is beautiful and smells wonderful.the people who work there are the very best. The estheticians and massage therapists are very knowledgeable and so nice.

Tried to go in just to do a simple exchange on Sunday @3:20pm. Two lady's told me they closed down the registers already and I would have to come back another day. Mind you, they don't actually close until 4pm on Sundays. Now I have to fine time to drive back here tomorrow in the middle of a work day which is a REAL inconvenience!

It was my 1st time. Rebecca was great she gave me a relaxing and beautiful manicure. The girl that did my swedish massage was great but I forgot her name. I definitely recommend Muse. The girls at the front desk were very welcoming as well

Best massage by Karenia! So calming and relaxing! Left feeling like I was floating on a cloud lol great atmosphere! Going to make it a monthly routine just bummed the next appointment with her isn't until March!

Amenities are great, staff pampers you, no rushing, great time of relaxation! Sauna, shower, relaxing lounge, topped off with a mimosa.so unexpected.

I have been coming to Muses for years because Pam is wonderful! And the Christmas decorations are very nice. However, it's the details that prevent me from offering a better review. Because of CoViD, paper towels are required in the mani/ pedi room. So you've rinsed your hands after a luxurious exfoliation and the paper towels are rough and cheap.

The room feels closed in with the black-out drapery. I can tell they chose drapery of some quality but why did they not pay someone to professionally install it on decent curtain rods? Those currently being used are bowed and pulling away from the wall! Remember, we clients are facing this wall of fabric for at least 45 minutes during a pedicure. If you can't offer a view, find a way to make this pleasant for us. Checking out I found the desk staff professional, courteous and helpful.

The girls were nice and made you feel very comfortable. I love misty! She was fun and easy to talk with. Very sweet! The other girls were great too just not in a setting to chit chat. :) I would love to go and see them again. The place was very relaxing and the lounge was awesome! I loved that there was a shower there to rinse before we left. The amount of hours (4) and the price was a little scary but I still loved every second!

Muses is my absolute favorite place for pedicures. It's a beautiful, serene place. Everything is first class. The technicians are all courteous, friendly, and professional. I have horribly sensitive feet and pedicures are always uncomfortable for me. The technicians at Muses are always mindful of this and use a very gentle touch so I don't experience any discomfort. I never leave there unhappy. Very highly recommended.

Great service by receptionist and staff but most especially manicurist Pam! A keeper for sure! She's easy to talk to welcoming and full of great tips and advice. The pedicure was professional (loved the new Fall color) and great smelling sugar scrub! I didn't have the best experience when I initially called for appt., but spa mgr. Megan cleared things up and handled things with professionalism and courtesy. She's amazing! Thank you again, and looking forward to my next appt. with Pam. Went for my birthday yesterday and Hannah my massage therapist was sweet compassionate and is a very good massage therapis. My esthetician which I'm sad I forgot her name was sweet and did an amazing job and Ms. Disney who gave me my pedi is very sweet and amazing! Will come back just for them Left relaxed and refreshed. Best birthday spa day. Thank you Muses you made my special day very special.

Was really excited & Scheduled an appointment with reminder text and never got a text or call. Then was still charged a non refundable fee, even if I rescheduled or headed over there as soon as they called at the time of appointment. Very Disappointed.

Great experience, very nice staff and it has a very upscale feel. Had a Swedish massage and she was awesome. I will be back soon. Would also be a great gift card idea. Also great during covid, everything was super clean and sanitary

I am a client of theirs and for so many reasons I choose this gorgeous place over any other spa. It's peaceful, elegant, and the staff knows exactly what they are doing. If you need to "get away" but really don't want to travel, then take yourself an appointment here.

Nice facility. They were still requiring masks when I went in early July. The front desk person was nice. Their intake form is pretty simple - it's definitely more of a place for relaxation than for therapeutic treatments. They got me signed in, offered me a drink, and took me to the lounge area. They give you a robe and sandals to wear. It has a big shower, a couple bathrooms, a small sauna and a few sinks.

There are small lockers on the wall for your things. The actual lounge is nice, with chaise lounges and chairs, different options for where to sit, side tables, and a faux fireplace. I was there for a few minutes before my masseuse called me back. The massage room was very dark and they had some music playing - not my favorite to be honest, I prefer non-melodic sounds. I've been dealing with some neck and back problems for a year now and, although I'd booked a deep tissue massage, the masseuse was pretty timid at first.

She seemed like a shy person and I had to comment a few times to encourage her to really work on my sore spots. If you really need someone to work out a knot, I don't think this is the best place for it. If you want to relax, this is more the speed.

Easy check-in, thorough explanation of locker room, esthetician explained everything thoroughly and asked my preferences on pressure and extractions, etc., did a great job through the service, provided me with champagne afterwards. I would definitely book with Muses again.

This is the place to go if you want to be pampered in a very clean and classy setting. Megan was my masseuse and she is by far the best masseuse I've ever had! I had a 90 minute CBD massage and it was heavenly! Very calming and relaxing atmosphere.

I heard great things about this place and have been looking for a new massage therapist ever since mine left the state. I got a last minute prenatal massage appointment because someone cancelled with Tish (possible red flag #1?). I arrived five minutes early to check-in. Facility: Definitely has the upscale vibe they have you pay for. However, was disappointed to see that they only had one-ply toilet paper in the restroom though. Massage: Where to begin?

For $100, I would expect their massage therapists would be vetted and some of the best in town. Unfortunately I was extremely disappointed. Tish seemed to not know what she was doing at all. She was so rough that the table was shaking and squeaking. There is a big different between deep tissue and being rough. She also seemed to not know where a lot of the muscles were.

She kept just rubbing my back vigorously instead of tracing the muscles. Additionally, she used very hot towels on my back that acted as heating pads. If you are pregnant, you are not supposed to use heating pads around your torso because it can affect the blood flow to the baby. After she finished the 55 (not even 60) minute massage, I still had a bunch of oil left and I had to ask for a towel.

I complained upon checkout and received a small discount, but the massage was still more expensive than it was remotely worth. My husband could've probably done a better job for free. Definitely one of the worst massages I have gotten (and I have gotten massages all over the country). Also, the bed was no where near long enough for me and my legs were hanging off from about mid-calf down. I am 6 feet tall, but have never had this issue with other massage beds. Overall, this place did not live up to the hype. My search continues.

I felt like I was not in Fresno in 100 degree heat. It was like being in a oasis far from stress. It's a peaceful retreat right here at home. The staff are very nice and courteous.

The Muses Day Spa was a beautiful experience; I went for a Cocoon Sauna, which was an enjoyable, no-contact experience. The facilities were exceptionally clean and the decor very rice with marble columns and stone floors. I would have given this a 5 star review except for not haven't been given much instruction, I wasn't sure how to use sauna (at first ), and after it would have been nice to have been able to shower and freshen up and be given water to rehydrate. The two ladies at the front didn't even acknowledge me even after a few awkward moments so I left without a word.

Absolutely love this place! I've gone for massages, facials, nail services, body scrubs, waxing and more. Everyone is awesome. Before COVID, I would love to show up to all of my appointments early and relax in their lounge where they have coffee and tea, or they have mimosas and wine available too, and just sit in the quiet room and chill. There is also a sauna and showers available. This place is the best!

My massage was perfect. It relaxed me completely and helped relieve a tense spot on my neck.

The lady's that did are pedicure were great. I loved the atmosphere. The drinks were a plus. Everyone was very professional. The front desk girls was very nice & professional.
