Metamorphic Massage For Women

Excellent massage! Karla asked about any issues/painful areas. She provided a relaxing full body massage with a focus on some tight areas in my back and neck. Just what I needed!

Truly amazing! After just two prenatal massages I feel like a new person! I have been to many massage therapists over 15+ years and Linda has one of the absolute best blends of gentle enough pressure that I'm able to relax and feel like I'm getting a spa treatment while also being productive enough that I get the benefits of pain relief without the sometimes miserable part of a more extreme type of pressure to get there.

She is a joy to talk to and has been incredibly patient and flexible with my sometimes difficult schedule. I'm so glad she's taking such strict COVID restrictions too, it definitely helps me relax even more knowing she's taking my health and hers so seriously. Linda's therapeutic work was amazing for my right shoulder and hand. My right hand, particularly my thumb and the index and middle fingers were painful and one was partially curled into flexion at rest. My thumb clicked painfully (trigger finger) when I gripped anything. This is secondary to my age, my long term work as a physical therapist and due to some intermittent heavy lifting on our farm in Virginia. Linda worked on my back at my right shoulder area and within two visits, one week apart, my fingers and right thumb are able to move pain free for the first time in nearly a year.

I had been told by my orthopedic surgeon to expect surgery this year. Now I have cancelled plans for surgery. The origin of my pain is complex and related to age and chronic use so I will need to pace myself in the the future but the cure was the direct treatment of my tight muscles at my neck and shoulder area by Linda. I've had deep tissue massage, hot stone massages, and cupping massages from Linda and all left me feeling restored and rejuvenated. Linda works your muscles and those knots surrender to her touch. The massage room is also very conducive to relaxation while Linda works her magic. Linda is very attentive to her clients' overall health. For example, recently she suggested I see a chiropractor due to a misalignment I had never noticed.

I went and even the chiropractor and mentioned that my massage therapist suggested I see one. She was impressed and asked for Linda's information to use as referrals for clients. Absolutley LOVE Linda! Having just moved to Raleigh from CA last year I was in desperate need of finding a good massage therapist. After trying a couple "ok" people I found Linda and I am so happy I did. She is so knowledgable, understanding and an amazing therapist. I can not say enough good things.

Is there an option for 6 stars for Karla? She was fantastic! The room was relaxing and inviting. The table was warm but not hot. The lighting was perfect. And then there was Karla! Her technique was relaxing and tension relieving at the same time. She used some techniques new to me to expose knots in my back that really loosened me up! I also love that I was able to decide Saturday that I wanted a massage and was able to book an appointment with her on Tuesday. So quick! Also, Metamorphic is the only place I have ever been where a 60 min massage is actually 60 min of massage time, not 50! I love Metamorphic and Karla!

The therapist I use is very professional and has obviously studied extensively. She has been able to relieve a lot of my pain in my joints! Great place all of the therapists are very nice.

Just had my first massage from Linda of Raleigh's Metamorphic Massage for Women. I've had dozens of massage therapists over my lifetime.never have I been worked on by someone so talented. Linda is very intuitive about what parts of the body need work and is very sensitive to any painful areas and adjusts the pressure accordingly. She has great energy and even though she doesn't advertise or promote it, I felt that energy work was being done as well.

After a small amount of nausea which I normally feel after a good massage or a good workout, I felt energized and completely pain free, and it's been hours since the massage this morning. Normally I'd get about an hour of pain free stress-relief after a massage, so this is so amazing I had to let ya'll know. If you haven't already experienced the wonderfully therapeutic massage from Linda, you should treat yourself and make it happen ASAP. PS - did I mention it is TOTALLY AFFORDABLE and there are discounts for medical and human services personnel? Gotta love it!
