MedicineBow Bodywork & Oncology Massage Experts estimate that upwards of ninety percent of disease is stress-related. And perhaps nothing ages us faster, internally and externally, than high stress. Massage is an effective tool for managing this stress, which translates into:

Lessens' depression and decreases anxiety.
Enhances sleep quality.
Greater energy.
Improved concentration.
Increased circulation.
Reduced fatigue.
Restores Body & Spirit
Massage can also help specifically address a number of health issues. Bodywork can:

Alleviate low-back pain and improve range of motion.
Ease medication dependence.
Enhance immunity by stimulating lymph flow—the body's natural defense system.
Exercise and stretch weak, tight, or atrophied muscles.
Help athletes of any level prepare for, and recover from, strenuous workouts.
Improve the condition of the body's largest organ—the skin.
Increase joint flexibility.
Promote tissue regeneration, reducing scar tissue and stretch marks.
Pump oxygen and nutrients into tissues and vital organs, improving circulation.
Reduce post-surgery adhesions and swelling.
Reduce spasms and cramping.
Relax and soften injured, tired, and overused muscles.
Release endorphins—amino acids that work as the body's natural painkiller.
Relieve migraine pain.

Providing Chair Massage is a wonderful way to experience the benefits of therapeutic massage in the work place!
Using a portable massage chair that is especially designed for your comfort and support, you remain fully clothed while receiving massage techniques to areas of tension, with the focus mainly to the upper body.
It's a good idea to wear looser clothing on the day of your massage, or bring a soft comfortable T-shirt to change into for your massage time; tight collars & ties can make it difficult for your therapist to get into the areas of your neck & shoulders.
Given by a certified massage practitioner, a massage usually lasts about 15 minutes, however it can be longer.
Oncology Massage
Report

Cindy was my massage therapist for over a year until I moved. She is a gifted healer. You can trust her and relax under her care. She is very knowledgeable about the body, how it works, and how to help it heal. Her goal is to restore you to good health and she respects your individual needs along the journey. I would rate her highly as a healer and she is a superb massage therapist! I am also blessed to call her my friend...

I highly recommend Cindy DeLage for any endeavor she pursues. She is trustworthy, dependable, an amazing Massage Therapist and Being, and a great joy to have around. She will be missed at Massage Envy Sugarhouse.

Cindy DeLage true healer! The winter after Cindy became my massage therapist was the first winter in years that I did not spend in the depths of depression. Cindy helped with, not only massage, but also by helping me learn about muscles and their reactions to massage and positive energy. Cindy is a wonderful therapist, is a kind caring person and a continuous learner. I feel totally blessed that our paths crossed!
